I always hated to have a ceiling light, but sometimes floor space is just too tight for an actual light. Having a light strip is perfect! I love how sensitive it is when changing color! So many different vibes. It’s very easy to use and the adhesive is strong. Strip is rolled and will not strangle when installing (unlike typical string lights lol). I love it!

The media could not be loaded. I thought this would come with double stick tape for easy mounting, it doesn't, but that turned out to be the least of the problems. After opening the box the white power supply looks like it was melted with a soldering iron as you can see in the pictures. I figured that's not too big of a deal so I put them up anyway which took a while because I wanted it to look good and not have to mess with it later. After they were up I tried cycling through the settings, that's when I realized that there is no red channel, any color that uses a percentage of red is just a mix of green and blue and if I select red only the whole light goes off as you can see in the video. One star, the rope light feels nice, but mounting is a pain, they don't work and it looks like it was 'repaired' at least once before I got this 'new' product. Buy somewhere else this supplier is no good.

I got these lights for my room and honestly, they completely transformed the vibe—they make the space look like it has high-end lighting. I love switching them up depending on my mood. They stick really well, seems quite durable (wish was a bit longer though, i got the 10 ft pack) and easy to adjust if you mess up, and I’m already planning to grab more to work on my basement.

I think the strip is great in general. The lights are pretty bright and the colors are bold. It seems very durable. While I wouldn’t crease if, the strip is pretty jelly. This makes it easy to shape it in creative ways. The thing feels like a rubber tube. All the electronics are safe and sound inside the tube…. Strip/tube.**It’s only ten bucks!?!! How can I only give it four stars?**On top of all that, it’s still fairly light and….. *records scratch* would be easy to mount, but the “tape” is just the gelly glue from a role of scotch tape, clumped together in a string, and rolled up like it’s tape.It took me only about a foot of trying to mount it to tell that it was completely useless. For a second I thought I’d try to salvage it, but my eyes used that second to deliver the message, “I don’t think so, Tim.”*** Fun fact, from the reviews this is actually the second iteration of mounting media. The first were some clips that people either had trouble with or didn’t get enough of in the package.It’s mind boggling until I considered the price. At ten bucks I can buy some command strips or something… maybe third party mounting clips.I’ve decided that such an issue on a more expensive light strip would warrant a three star review.I’m not sure I wouldn’t give it five stars if they simply didn’t offer any mounting solution. I think it’s forgivable at the low price. Making me think I have something to mount it with only to find out I don’t is the reason for the star loss. In every other way it’s been a good value. …. Except for maybe the app. I wasn’t planning on using it, but while the lights are responsive to the remote, the functions are limited.

Love them. They look amazing! Longer than what I was expecting, which was great! You can control the brightness and color from the remote or the app. You can also program them to turn on and off when you want. I have only had them for a few months, but so far, so good. I did not hang them like regular LED lights. I live in a rental and didn't want to damage the walls.

The Rope Lights are decent for the price. Bright enough for accent lighting, but not strong enough to fully light a room. The adhesive backing sticks well and makes installation easy. Color range is limited: no true warm white, and “white” ends up looking teal. RGB colors are noticeably dimmer than the “full color” mode since only certain LEDs light up at a time. Overall, a fair option if you want inexpensive decorative lighting, but not ideal for primary illumination.The remote control is standard, the idea is you set the color with it once and then forget about it. I am not going to try setting up the phone app to connect it.
