Bought these balloons for my daughters 21st birthday party. All inflated but some better than others. Out of 10 balloons 6 went into bunches with other 4 balloons didn’t float just dropped to the floor!

Waste of money!
Useless! The stars were all open at the seam everyone of them total waste of money! Further more I bought these balloons, helium, ribbon and balloon weights and when I went to blow them up I find not only are the balloons useless I’ve spent money on other items that I now can not use either!
