Very comfortable as a replacement insole. Especially good for the price point. Have you priced an insert from that retail foot place in most larger cities. Wow. They can run several HUNDREDS of dollars. I have osteoarthritis in my feet and this helps relieve my pain from standing or walking. They make a big difference to support my higher arch.

I have flat feet. Just like a duck when I walk barefoot. Walk over water and onto concrete and people don’t think it’s a human with the flat tracks.These help with pain on new ice hockey skates and comfort. Immediate relief when I bought these. Hoping to break them in more and play 2-3 games of ice hockey or reffing.

I think these are the best insteps. They are on the more expensive side of insteps and worth it! I have multiple sets and leave them in my shoes because they are difficult to get in place. But that's the thing...once they are in there, they aren't 'bunching up' or moving or coming out with your foot.

Product has recently been made cheaper and provides less support. I bought a pair of these in January and liked them so much I figured I’d buy a second pair. My second pair arrived but felt thinner and less supportive. Sure enough they are 8g lighter now.

Not high enough arch support. If these are high arch support they need to have an extra high support option.
