The Toaster Oven Cookbook (Nitty Gritty Cookbooks)

Some useful recipes, but many are overly complicated for toaster oven users. We tend to be the “grab and go” sort. Frozen burritos, anyone?

I found this helpful in learning to use my toaster oven better.

Haven't tried many of the recipes, but they "read" good, and without a lot of unusual ingredients that I don't normally buy. (Some cookbooks must be written by people who cook for large numbers. Rarely used ingredients will go to waste with people only cooking for one or two.) Glad I bought this, but wish it had pictures.

This is a very handy cookbook for those who enjoy cooking with a toaster over rather than a conventional oven. Very good recopies and most do not take that long to make either.

Lots of good recipes to use in a regular oven as well. In retrospect, I don't know why I got it since regular recipes would work fine in a good toaster oven.

I JUST LOVE THIS COOKBOOK. EVERY RECIPE I HAVE MADE I GOT A 5 STAR FROM MY HUSBAND. I HAVE SEVERAL NITTY GRITTY COOKBOOKS BUT THIS IS THE BEST. IT HAS MAD MY LIFE EASIER AND BETTER. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS BOOK. THANK YOU TO AMAZON FOR HAVING IT. :)

I am disappointed with this cookbook. I was looking for a basic cookbook to explain times and techniques to cook standard items in a Toaster Oven. What I call the "Nitty Gritty" of using a Toaster Oven. Obviously I am wrong, the book contains nothing basic, standard or instructional about using a toaster oven.

Not a whole lot helpful. No pictures. Cookers like pictures to see what they are cooking. Some good receipes are in the book.

Not quite what I expected, I thought there would be more hints and tips on how to use this particular oven, ie bakeware etc. Never mind it hasn't gone to waste.
