Product is worth the price as it works perfectly fine for any water conditions. Runs fine under repeated heavy usage at times. Heating efficiency is instant as it should be. Design is attractive. Don't have service centers regionally but haven't had need to service yet since it works flawless since installation.I'd recommend it for family of 4.

Excellent product. No issues. I had ordered 1 for my bathroom and after using for quite a while found the product is worth . So ordered again. After all no one can compare AO Smith product and quality. Will definitely recommend and the price was reasonable compared to the market.

The product is good the service is worst on amazon it shows 250 rs for installation but they changed 400 for installation and there is no pipe is given we need to buy it separately and the service engineer won't come on time we need call the AO Smith service centre and only they came and service engineer didn't carry any extra pipe and he didn't do proper installation he is in rush he just drilled and hang the device ans we forced to and we bought the pipe then only he fixed it product works fine but the service is worst.

Good Service and Installation

It doesn't has safety valve. We need to purchase it separately which is so costly. There is no power on indicator. Heating function and appearance is good.

No problem geyser. We are using AO Smith star rated geysers in our home since last 10 years.

Product is good but AO smith service persons were pathetic..they just want you to loot you in the name of pipes, valves and leakage..very much disappointed by the installation team of AO smith
