Asi luce el producto a su llegada entra super rápida lo ordene anoche y llego hoy en la mañana lo compre por que estuve buscando bajo mis condiciones mi edad entre 45 a 50 y tengo tiroides de hashimoto realizo ejercicio de 2 a 3 veces por semana y soy sensible en el estómago segun todo eso el producto es recomendado para este tipo de características.Les contare ma adelante si me funciona

I've been taking this magnesium glycinate for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. The price is reasonable for the amount you get, especially compared to similar products. I've noticed a big improvement in my sleep - I'm falling asleep faster and staying asleep through the night. nice packaging, dose. nothing special otherwise. unclear if it is making a difference.

First few days there was no difference, then BOOM. Ppl kept asking why I was so happy and then I realized I was in fact happier and more energetic. I believe this wasn’t entirely the magnesium as I started to catch up on sleep around the same time I started taking it, so both factors combined likely improved testosterone levels. I warn though, the 2 capsules were too much for me bc magnesium is a diarrhetic so I dropped to 1 a day. Affected libido too….

Excellent! I noticed a dramatic difference in my sleep. I had been taking another magnesium I bought on here prior and now am questioning if that one was doing anything as this one is 10x better.

These are a good choice. From the looks and packaging even looks like this company knows what they're doing. They've got multiple formulations of magnesium and very sophisticated. I'm impressed. To soon to see a difference in brands yet. But will come back and edit my review.

My favorite but 500mg is a lot so I take one capsule every other day along with vitamin D3
