Adding a UV element to the routine gravity filter is a killer. This provides a unique differentiation to the product. The SS body is strong and looks good. The only con is the slow speed of the water delivery, maybe becaise of the small UV module.

My household was spending hundreds of dollars a year on bottled water. I kept reading how bad plastic is for us and the environment so started looking around. Purchased this about a year ago and it's sitting beside my kitchen sink still. We fill it up with basic city water and it filters to taste just like bottled water. I bought air tight mason jars to fill and place in the refrigerator to cool the water. Then I just pour from the mason pitcher into my yeti cup and I have clean tasting cold water all day. Couldn't be happier, the whole family loves the water. I do back wash the filters and clean out the tanks about once a month then run a couple of tanks through to make sure water tastes clean again. That's it, super easy. It was a bit pricy to buy but it pays for itself fast. Purchased 6 refill filters for lile 100 bucks so my total for 27,000 gallons of purified water is 300 bucks. We were spending more than that on bottled water and creating mountains of trash. Buy the mason pitcher or something air tight so your refrigerator doesn't flavor your water and a cup of some kind to keep your water cold and you'll never look at a bottle of water again.

It makes clean and crisp water just as I expected, no issues after a year.

Works as described. I did learn you can only fill it up to certain point until it starts to leak. It was easy to put together and easy to refill. The appearance is decent and seem very durable. The taste of the water i will say it's not bad.

We were looking to stop buying so much bottled water and our tap water tastes awful. This water filtration system is a game changer! We have not bought bottled water in months now. Great taste, easy to assemble and clean. Be careful, it will leak if you fill it past the inside line, which is a bit hard to see inside since the product is so tall if sitting on counter.

This unit seems to be doing what it’s advertised to do. The quality is great and offers a good value for the money. The filters are stated as having a very long life. This unit is easy and fast to assemble. I looks like the”Master Cylinder” from Felix the Cat. That’s just the price of having a giant stainless water tank in your kitchen. It’s working out great and I have saved a bunch from cutting back on my water delivery. I may even cancel them completely. If you keep it by your sink, it works for washing vegetables too. You do need to be carful to not over fill to avoid leakage but that is common sense. Membrane Solutions is a big domestic company and they are in this business for the long haul.

This water filter has met my every expectation. First of all, the stainless steel is very thick and heavy, and shines beautifully. The three filters allow for a faster filtration. The faucet is heavy duty steel and feels solid. There is nothing whatsoever about this filter that feels cheap. It came with a battery back-up for the UV system, and with a nice stand, (which I don't need at this time). As a reminder, don't put more water into the top tank than the bottom tank can hold, or it will leak in the middle where the top and bottom meet. Excellent product that I highly recommend.
