It survive the 1st Halloween
I have been wearing the mask and the gloves 3 times this past Halloween and all went well. The batteries are still ok (they provide batteries for gloves + spare for gloves, but they don't provide batteries for the face mask which is ok since they use standard AA). The light of the LEDs also very good. Kids love the mask and some old people got really frightened about it :-)

Halloween costume
My 9 year old asked me to buy this set for Halloween. He’s autistic and loved the look of the flashing lights and gloves. When it arrived he was soo excited and couldn’t wait to put it on. The thing is he is wearing it every day he loves it soo much. Love to see him soo happy

Brilliant for the older child that can't find a costume to suit. This package had 2 masks & 2 light up gloves , which I nearly bought one mask else where doe same price - Bargain ( having 2 boys)

Mask didn't work, battery unit hot and smell of burning
Just got this today for my 10 year old. Gloves worked fine. Once I put in batteries for mask a red light came on battery unit and mask didn't work. After 30 mins or so there was a burning smell and I noticed the battery unit was hot. I removed the batteries and the smell discontinued. So glad my son didn't attempt to wear it...clearly defective product. Am returning and not repurchasing!

Initially mask didn’t work
I had to send the first mask we purchased back. Thinking it was just a one off I sent for another mask. When this mask came the same happened again. Mask didn’t work. I didn’t remove the batteries and put it in the box ready to send another back. Hours later the mask miraculously started working. Looks great when working and a perfect Halloween costume.

The mask is amazing and the gloves the only negative thing is you can't wash the gloves as the led lights are stuck to it
