I held out buying spin shoes to make sure the habit of almost daily rides would stick. It did. These are great for keeping my feet from slipping during rides. I don’t have to worry about slipping and taking a pedal to the shins. Paired with padded bike shorts and it’s a win!

In terms of value per dollar, these are going to be really hard to beat as they come with SPD cleats which alone are going to run you $15 and most shoes don't come bundled with. Quality is decent, and really how durable of a shoe do you need for indoor spin class? My feet computer measure as 10.25 and 10.5. Brooks 10.5 running shoes fit me perfectly. These don't come in 10.5, I sized up to 11 which was too large. If I had to do it over I would size down to a 10, adding an additional insert and wearing padded socks helped here. Even if the fit is good for you, you may ultimately want to upgrade the insert, the stock insert is okayish but ultimately you are getting what you pay for and that isn't much.

Thea are a good value for the money. They are a good quality and are flexible. They are easy to put the clips on the soles. They fit well and are light weight.

The shoes are great. I ordered a M size 11 but they seem to be at least a size 12 or bigger.Keep that in mind if you buy them, the run bigger than most other brands

I am a female. I was looking for a spin bike shoe that would also work for sculpting. I do spin and sculpting workouts and it was a pain to change shoes as I got on and off the bike for different routines. These shoes are perfect for me. They are very comfortable. They are slip-on with velcro fastener. I have narrow feet and find these a perfect fit.

The cleats failed pretty quickly, just not solidly in the shoe, the shoes were ruined within a month

Los zapatos estan bien, bien duro para bicycletar y suficiente flexible para caminar generalmente, solo el pedido llego en otra caja daño por transporte, asi no tenia los Cleats SPD incluido, se perdido los Cleats !

Love these shoes Looked for a spin shoe that was not so stiff and in a size 13 when wearing in spin class. These shoes are great Almost like wearing a sneaker. Light in weight and fit snug with a thin insert added. it was kind of tight getting my foot in but once on and with the strap tightened, they felt great. it seemed the screws were to short but I made a fist inside the shoe under the cleat area and pushed out and the screws went in great. the cleats snapped right into the pedal and felt great. after spinning i walked to return my bike and change out to my regular shoes and the spin shoes felt so comfortable and you never know they were spin shoes. Would definitely buy again
