I've been using GABA for several years now. I've tried different brands, but I always find myself coming back to this one because it's so effective and the price is reasonable. I usually take it about 30 minutes before bed. I used to take just one pill, but as I’ve started experiencing perimenopause symptoms, I’ve had to increase the dose to two pills—and I sleep pretty well. I wake up rested and not groggy, which has happened with other brands. I also take 400 mg of magnesium at night, and between the two, I sleep pretty well.

These were recommended to me so I tried them. Best decision ever! I get solid sleep and don’t wake up with a drowsy feeling. I prefer this over melatonin. Shuts my brain down so it can rest and recharge.

I'm new to gaba- ran across an article by accident & read it & unlike some outlandish claims it made sense- so I did a minor amount of my own research- decided to try it- I must admit, I was truly surprised- being 63, male & white its tough to stay upbeat most of the time - for those that understand, this really is worth a try-

I have trouble turning my brain off so I can sleep and while this doesn’t make me tired if does help my brain to slow down and turn off so I can get the sleep I need.

One reviewer wrote that this makes you think all is okay. Not my experience. Product enables you to address what is not okay, which makes it an effective product.

GABA helps with tinnitus from my experience. GABA has helped me to continue with life even though the tinnitus can immobilize me. While it has not taken the tinnitus away, GABA has enable me to live and enjoy my life.
