I bought these hiking boots because I was going to Montana for a vacation and knew we would be doing a lot of hiking. These boots were perfect. We hiked almost every day for over a week and I didn't have any issues with blisters or pain. I bought the 8W because I have a bunion on my right foot and wanted to make sure the boots didn't squish my foot. No problems at all in that area. The only thing I would say is wear socks that cover your ankles because the top of the boot edge can rub a little in the ankle area. That would be my only complaint and easily remedied. Great boot for a great price.

love love love these shoes. I ordered an 8.5 and I normally wear 8 in sneakers. These fit perfectly at 8.5. Give me room for thick socks but feel fine with thin socks. Waterproof. Not too heavy. I wear them in cold and hot weather. I put a lot of miles on them and I love them. great boots.I got the turquoise color. I love them.I spent a long time reading reviews on many boots and comparing quality and price. I finally settled on these and I'm so glad I did. I've had my pair for about eight months I think. They still have a lot of miles left in them. But they are muddy and not as pretty now. So I came back to buy another pair to wear out when I want better looking boots. I'll keep using the first pair for hiking.

The boots are sturdy and well made. There is no slit for laces to run through the tongue so the tongue seems to stick out a bit. I ordered the light purple color, which I love. Not practical for serious hiking in dirty conditions but I bought these for one specific trip so I don’t care about ruining them. They are a bit narrow. I have a wider foot and they just fit, anyone with a very wide food should size up.

I got this boot on sale for $75 - a steal! I’ve been using it for almost a year now, very happy with it. I live in Arizona and these boots do not get too hot even with wool socks in the summer (May be the lighter color I chose as well)They are slightly hard to clean dust off as they seem to absorb dust but hey who cares that’s what they’re here for!I will say I slightly sized up, as you are supposed to do with hiking boots, so I got a size 10.5 when I am normally a 9.5-10 and they have the perfect amount of extra space for thick socks/flexibility while hiking uneven terrain. Love the ability to give myself lots of ankle support too!

I did a lot of online research before deciding on these hiking boots. These were highly recommended by a number of hikers. They turned out to be great for my winter hiking trip. Comfortable, no blisters, sturdy shoes! I walked a lot of miles in them over a few days, including icy conditions. I would say size up if in-between, these ended up being borderline just right.

I'm in my 70s with a lot of experience with hiking boots... I wanted/needed a "hiking boot" for other reasons and my older boots weren't ideal. I have a broken bone in my right foot and need to be able to work on re- landscaping and grading in my back yard resulting from several different projects. These boots are PERFECTLY DESIGNED AND EXECUTED! They are not only attractive, supportive, functional, waterproof and breathable, they provide excellent stabilization and support for the broken bone in my foot while also allowing me to make progress on my landscaping project. Columbia again rises to the top of the competition!

I bought them last minute for trekking in Iceland because my old boots burst at the sole so I had no chance to break them in. I wore them for 6 days straight, 14 hours a day and I got very painful blisters on my little toes. After 5 days I developed blisters on the sides of my big toes too which I suspect was from trying to keep my weight off my little toes. Maybe if I'd had a chance to break them in it would have been different? As it was, I couldn't wait to get them off my feet.My heels and ankles were fine (they usually blister) and there's plenty of padding inside. Good ankle support and they kept my feet dry and warm the whole time.They do seem like good, well made boots. I just had an unfortunate experience with them.

Taille bien. Agréable à porter. Étanche pour l'instant, je les ai utilisées sur des sentiers humides et sous la pluie. Aucune douleur aux pieds pour moi qui d'habitude mets des semelles dans toutes mes chaussures. Tiennent bien les pieds et chevilles. R.A.S

Seriously these are now my favourite shoes, they are so comfortable and SO cute! I went up a size from my normal 9 to 9.5 and it's perfect.

Cuando yo me probé estas botas en la plaza me fascinaron, solo que el precio era el doble! Aquí en Amazon las agarré en promo de $1, 600 pesitos originales. La Caja viene con plástico pero nada que afecte la calidad y originalidad del producto. Excelentes condiciones. Leal al pie, yo calzo 3.5 y ese mismo 3.5cm pedí y me quedó tal y como aquella vez en la plaza. La gamuza es a prueba de agua, la suela es antiderrapante lo cual no es cualquier suela. Me encantaron y las recomiendo por el precio y estilo. Son livianas y el arco esta muy cómodo. No necesitas más plantillas y te aguanta una calceta un poquito más gruesa de la que traigo.
