I have been using curzor for almost year. Though it malfunctioned in 7-8 months due high fluctuations and power cut. But it provided ample support and backup, did not allowed modem to die in power failure.Also company arranged me replacement. They arranged pickup and delivery of new device.Highly happy with curzor ups and company response

First sent unit was nor working it had output power issue. But when reached out to cuzor their response was very good and after the issue found the immediately replaced with new and it works super fine. And delivery was very quick. Compact size as well. We checked backup is for 4 hrs and its more than enough.

Product is good getting backup above 5 hours. Also i get a problem of sometimes wifi shows limited connection. I contacted customer care they tell me the solution for that,it occurs due to the insufficient power from adapter. I have 12V 1A adapter,oppc wifi router(kerala vision internet connection) with same power factor. If you using the ups try to use 1A above the power factor of wifi router.Because the ups also take .5A to charge when it's working, so the adapter Ampere need to above than the router working Ampere. So i changed to a 12V 2A adapter after that my problem solved.I Am happy with the product. Product gives great battery backup and gives internet without restarting modem on electricity to battery mode. We will get seamless wifi connectivity.

Easy plug and play didn't need to use the 2 extra converters included in the box my router syrotech fiber router 12v 1.5A works perfectly no issue, lag or power dropouts. Excellent finish and build quality and compact packaging.

Just go for it, it works seamlessly with Airtel air fiber. Just plug it in between the adapter and the router, then just forget about the power cut in your area. It instantly take control in case of power outage, and battery will give around 7 hrs of backup.

The ups works great. It provides backup to router for couple of hours. Also, the process to replace the batteries is very easy and efficient.

No issues after 2 months of use. Zero internet downtime. No lag in switching between ups and power when power goes away.

I’m very happy with this mini UPS. The quality is good, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. When the power goes out, it switches over instantly. There's no lag at all, so my Wi-Fi stays on without any interruption.I specifically got this for my Airtel Airfiber (the Nokia version), and it works perfectly. It should be fine for any standard router, too.One very important thing to know before you buy: make sure your router or device needs a 12V 3A power input. I read about a user whose UPS failed, and when I asked the company about it, they told me it was because the person used it with a device that needed more power. So, definitely check your device's adapter before you order!Other than that, it’s a great, lightweight, and easy-to-use product. I’d definitely recommend it.
