Purchased this product to fit the SEPURA SC20 as from the Sepura online site. this product is made to be compatible with STP9000 also.However on use, you can hear clearly once tightened into the port but when you press the PTT on your radio as this product does not have a mic, it completely will prevent you to transmit.Essentially it turns your 2 way radio into a baby monitor.Pathetic and waste of money. Contacted the store directly over the phone and refused to swap direct from store.

Ear piece works however on the Sepura radio the microphone does not pick up audio or transmit it
