yes, I found the Boise Apsen 100% recycled to be as a bright white as non-recycled paper.

Q: Is this paper ok to use on inkjet printers?

We have a lazer just printer and it works fine for us.

Q: How is the paper for double-sided printing? Can you see it though the other side?

The paper is thick enough for two-sided printing, but the paper seems to have a high moisture content. It curls terribly in my higher-speed (30-40 ppm) laser printer / copier. And it's not because it's 100% recycle - I use another brand of 100% recycled paper (same weight etc.) without problem. It seems to do better in a lower-speed inkjet printer. I stopped buying this paper for use in the laser printer, but use it without problem in the inkjet.
