Brilliant
Excellent vacuum for the money, it is heavy but its manageable, comes with some really great tools. I have a golden retriever who is shedding like crazy and until the hair all manages to clump together its hard to see it on my living room floor but the vacuum has a light on the front which is excellent for making sure that you don't miss anything.

Fantastic, and no awful swivel head!
Hunting around for a while to find a more traditional style vacuum cleaner as we can't abide the swivel heads that most come with now. They're harder to manoeuvre! This is brilliant. Sturdy and excellent suction, easy to move around. Considering buying a second model as a spare as these non-swivel machines are so hard to find.

Good cleaning.
Really good.only complaint is the wand isn't long enough to reach far places. and also,when using wand for normal cleaning,it is to short. Vacuum can topple over when using wand.

Excellent!
Really pleased with this vacuum cleaner! Cleaning power is excellent on carpet and hard floor. One of the best I've used. The only recommendation would be a longer hose, but the length of cable is fantastic saves on plugging and unplugging in different areas. Highly recommend.

This is a awkward vac to manage no instructions to put it together and when I finally dis the pin. On the plug was bent managed to straighten it out but is heavy to manoeuvre on long pile rugs, bleeding work out.
