Simple, smart looking shoe
This Whittin Canvas She is my second barefoot shoe. I resisted barefoot shoes for a long time because I thought they were just for young runners, but for a senior like me who cares more about comfort than fashion, they have made me a fan. However, I find it essential to wear them with orthotics. Mine are custom made. The liner in the shoes are removable. These shoes are not meant to be sturdy, supporting or even long lasting. But they are super comfortable with a toe that allows plenty of wiggle room. My first pair was like walking on a cloud, but the mesh left my feet chilly when the temperature got colder. I didn’t need boots, just a heavier material. This does the trick. They’re not as light and soft, but when the canvas gets wet, my feet will be dry. They look to be perfectly well made. The red is a great shade and, funny, flat and wide as they are, my friends admire them and have asked where they can get them for themselves. One slightly confusing thing was in the Amazon website listing. I chose a size 10 1/2, but when I went to checkout it was listed as size 11. Fortunately, I saw the number 42 listed, and I know that to be my size. I tried them on as soon as they arrived, and, happily, it was a perfect fit. I don’t know why the size was listed as 11, but if that happens to you, ignore it.

Life changing for wide feet.
I'm not even exaggerating by saying these shoes have changed my life. Having wide feet, I have never been able to find shoes that don't squeeze my toes. Even buying wide and double wide shoes in regular brands doesn't help because they just make the ball of the shoe wider, not the toes. But these shoes. The toe box is WIDE, wider than wide. I can wiggle my toes, fully stretch out, and walk comfortably for the first time ever. No more numb pinky toes. And they're cute too!!! I've already bought another pair in white. I'm so glad I know about barefoot shoes now because I will simply never go back. The only downside is that the soles are very firm (I believe this is on purpose due to the whole barefoot, minimalist, zero-drop thing, so no fault of the shoes) so I put in some Dr. Scholls inserts which worked perfectly for me. Seriously, if you have wide feet and have struggled to find shoes, I wholeheartedly recommend these.

Comfortable and nice looking
These shoes are great for casual comfort. I also love the color. I gave a 4 instead of 5 only because one of the metal bands around the shoelaces came off the first time I wore them. Other than that, quality is good.

Best lifting shoes!
I’ve tried all the nanos when they were popular and really struggled to find a comfortable zero drop shoe. These are it! Not only are they perfectly designed with a wide toe box, they are THE most comfortable shoes I own. Even if you weren’t looking for a lifting shoe, my husband and I both had a brand new pair for our trip to NYC, and they were the best walking shoes. For this price point, it’s a no brainer! This is my 4th pair as I’m trying out different styles and colors. Highly recommend!

Super comfy
Wide, Flat feet run in my family. I was wearing sketchers wide fit for awhile but my feet and back were always killing me after work. Even after adding gel insoles. Even with the wide fit sketchers, my toes were still squeezed close together and I would occasionally get impacted toenail. After a week of working extra shifts and overtime I just couldn't take it anymore and decided to try these minimalist shoes out of desperation. Trying them on I honestly thought they looked kinda goofy. Like baby shoes for adults. I think the toe box looks wider from the pov of the wearer. They don't look as bad from other angles. After several weeks of wearing them I don't even care how they look. They could look like clown shoes and I wouldn't care. No more foot or back pain. This is my new every day shoe. I wear them to work. I wear them to walk the dog. The soles are pretty thin and so is the canvas of the shoe, similar to a converse, so I don't wear them when it's wet outside/been raining because rain/puddles I'm sure would soak thru the shoes so I just opt for my sketchers on those days since they are thicker and have more lift off the ground. But honestly I wish I would have known about these minimalist shoes years ago. I'm sure I will be buying another pair soon in a different color. If you have wide, flat feet, try these shoes!

Shoes had been tried on and returned
It was pretty obvious that the shoes had been tried on and returned. The laces on one shoe had been unknotted and pulled, which caused minor fraying of the lace. Not great, but not enough to warrant the return hassle. The shoes are otherwise really comfortable and look fairly dressy, which is why I chose the leather.

Perfect!
I love these because they are barefoot style but fitting in with popular culture. The stiffness goes away. They don't show any wear yet though I hike in them and wear them daily and have had them for a few months. Walking on hard ground my feet started hurting by the 3rd mile. I'm able to pull them on without untying. They even survived a sledding day and the dryer afterwards.

Ok for beginner barefoot shoes
Not as good for the toespread if you have some barefoot experience, in terms of foot being able to feel the ground they are ok though.

Hard soles and not much support!
Although I loved the width of these shoes which felt comfortable at first, the flat soles hurt my feet. Also there was no support in these shoes which I really need. Had to return
