I read all the reviews did a lot of research and decided on this one because it had good ratings and required the least amount of upkeep and came with an extra battery, extra chain and other extras!! I saw reviews about the battery life, I ran it hard for about 1 1/2 hours before the battery died, I love the battery indicator but it isn’t really accurate so don’t even worry about that just keep sawing till it stops then swap batteries!!! This comes in a very nice and compact case, the batteries easily fit in your pocket to swap them out if needed and it is more lightweight than my drill!! I easily took the safety guard cover off to clean it etc after I used it then put a couple of drops of the oil provided before storing it!!! HIGHLY recommend!! Make sure you have a good grip on the smaller thinner branches before sawing or it kind of wiggles a bit in your hand but you will instinctively pick up on that…it did a great job on the bigger ones as well!!!

This is very convenient & my husband loves it. I gifted it to him for Christmas and he’s used it all summer long. It’s Not too heavy and works great around our house for trimming our trees, bushes, etc! Definitely worth the money 10/10 recommend

As long as you use it for what it is intended, it's worked great so far. I cut about a 3 in diameter limb and it worked great. I can't attest to the battery life, because I haven't used it that much. But so far, 5 stars!

Its a very nice saw for the price and comes with a whole supply of stuff and two batteries. Seriously amazing for the price. Its not as powerful as a large chainsaw but it will do small trees that are slightly too big for a lopper. I probably need to adjust the chain a bit it tends to slip out of place (safely away from me so not a bad thing) or it will stop when it gets into a hard tree. I was trying to chop into massive trees with it though so the product is wonderful for what it is meant to do!

It worked great I used it last year then the weather got too cold.Put it in the house the battery was still charged so I continue using that one and when it died I had the other one in my pocket. So when I went to get a drink. to charge it and then realized they gave me a male charging cord when the charger Male.I need a female charging cord. I have been in touch with Amazon and the company on the saw is not the company you deal with it’s a different company surprise surprise. I emailed them what was wrong I emailed them pictures. I also forward them to Amazon who does not get involved when a product they sell and the manufacturer has a warranty. So I’m gonna wait a few more days. See if I get another email I just emailed them again the company in the paperwork and see if they’re going to fix it. I’m sure they’re not. I’ll call the Better Business Bureau to see if they’re even a business either one of them. So if you buy any power tools or things, have you put together when you get it check out everything otherwise, the 30 days goes by in your screwed with Amazon. They say if I send it back they’ll give me this money and it’s defective and I’ll get a credit for that and I have a brain injury and the first person I talk to. I wanted to manager that person talk too fast I assume it is their culture that speaks so fast with very strong accent and the second person hung up on me then I called a third time and I got an American, and, we had a much better time going through the information .

For the price, this saw is a very good deal. Works good.
