worth the money
Personally, im not one who normally will write a review. However, the.customer service i experienced has been top notch. I purchased the rower as i needed something new to get me motivated to work out..after researching on line found this one. So glad i did.Was able to easily put it together myself. Took about 45 min and the water pump included made my life so much easier.in the.process!Unfortunately, there was an issue with the seat cover....i emailed the company and received an almost immediate reply...received the new seat the following week.No hassel no begging for help as you find with other companies. So glad i purchased from this company and i love the rower..smooth flow and the small amount of noise from the water is actually soothing. Its also quit nice in appearance with the solid wood. Worth the money!!!

Happy with my purchase and it's what was promised
I ordered the Mr Right rower and was told to expect it after Christmas. Within 8 hours of ordering, I got an email with shipping confirmation. I wrote to the seller to ask a question, and the next morning I had my answer. I received my rower. The boxes were a little banged up by the shipper, but the internal packaging is great and there was no damage. It took me about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble the rower. I had no issues with assembly. The mini wrench and two hex keys that were included did the job. We're talking 14 bolts and 2 inline skate wheels. The the design is simple and elegant. It's sturdy and made with REAL oak. I'm a big guy and one of the reasons I bought this rower was that it was made to handle people like me. No leaks with the tank. The tank was easy to fill with the cordless pump that was included. It took about 3.5 gallons of distilled water to get it to the "17" gauge that they recommend. The motion and sound of the rower is perfect. My only complaint would be that the directions are poorly written, but you can still figure out what to do. If you're considering a wood water resistance rower, this is a good one.

The main product is made with a simple elegance and feels sturdy and destined to be long lasting
The main product is made with a simple elegance and feels sturdy and destined to be long lasting. Everything fit perfectly. The instructions were very well written. The only unfortunate shortcoming is that the computer did not connect with my phone via Bluetooth and thus, as of now, we can only use the onboard features. The sensation of rowing while using the machine is as realistic as it gets. Other than the inability to connect via Bluetooth and use the phone application created for it, I am very satisfied with the product.

It works! Unlike my Nordic Track RW900 which has been returned. Hoping for a credit on my card!
It arrived quickly while I waited months for the RW900. I should preface this with the fact that I have had a stroke that affects my left side & my balance. Before Covid, I went to the gym (Pro Club) twice a week. I think that trying to keep in shape has allowed me to survive the stroke for more than ten years. I’m hoping to get my muscle tone back by using the rower regularly.I find that what is referred to as a seat is not suitable for my use (I slip off due to lack of good sensation and control on my left side. As an engineer I decided to rectify this problem. I purchased a “scooter seat and a locking swivel on Amazon and coerced a friend to adapt it to my Mr Right rower. Another issue arose with keeping the seat in place while I get on & off. As you can see in the photos, he did a great job. The position latch uses only gravity. When I sit down I pivot the seat to the “use” position, release the latch by pressing the extension arm down, slide down the rails, put my feet on the rests grab the pull bar and begin my rowing session.I love the Mr. Right and look forward to rebuilding my muscle tone.If anything changes, I will update this review.UPDATE #1 - Adding water to the reservoir is not quite as simple as the included pamphlet implies. The spout on the siphon/pump does not easily reach the fill opening making a neat/dry job virtually impossible. I improved the situation by adding a 12" length of tight fitting Tygon tubing to the end of the spout. Simple, easy and effective. I had my first session this morning and it went very well. My left hand (affected by the stroke) only slipped off three times. I like it!

Found Mr. Right and I couldn't be happier!
I was looking for a low impact way to exercise due to back problems. My doctor recommended swimming or rowing. After spending weeks researching rowing machines I settled on wanting a wooden model. But some prices were really high. The best price I found is the Mr. Right. It comes with everything you need. The rower, a digital montior/timer, a cover, and a water pump with tubing to fill the tank. The rower comes in 2 well packed. FedEx was rough on the boxes. Even dropping on on my driveway. But the inner packing is really well done. No damage to anything inside.Installation only took about an hour. I'm not a handy man with assembly and went slow and carefully. All the parts are there. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. And it comes with the only two tools you will need. This is an amazing machine. And works out ALL your major muscle groups. So far the key for me is to go slow and watch my form carefully. There's a lot of videos out there to coach and guide you. Go for it!Over all I'm really happy with the price, quality, and workout.
