I do not understand these AT ALL but my daughter (14) had a school trip to a pool while she had her period and wanted to try them. Her flow is still light but she loved them. She even wore them one day she didn’t have her period because she wanted to wear black bottoms, so I assume that means they feel and look good! I’ll update if she uses it during a heavier flow day.

They really do work. I had no leaks. The size is very tight fitting, but otherwise material was nice. I do have a mom belly and didn’t stay up around belly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought these for my daughter and they allowed her to feel confident swimming while on her menses. Fit true to size.

Good first - comfortable, nice fit, good color quality, when dry, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a bulky pad or underwear.Bad - the butt cheeks coverage is a bit smaller than I like. No wedging, just a bit of movement when walking. I watched one of the video reviews above where it showed how the material was water proof. That was cool. I didn't try that trick when I got them. I wore them once (not on my period), in a pool. I realized fairly quickly that the padding inside had filled with water. And it felt like wearing a wet sponge when I got out of the water. I thought maybe it was because I had adjusted them while in the water and that maybe I had let water in. But I used them again today, and very carefully got into the water and made sure not adjust them. They filled very quickly with water and were no longer water proof. Darn.They might work well as period underwear if you are not in the water, but I'm not sure I'll trust them in the water.I realize period swimwear is a big ask....but these are disappointing.

So happy I purchased this! I don’t like using tampons personally and scored a job as a day camp councillor who has to swim every day, this product saved me this summer! I tested it out and no leaks when swimming or getting out of the pool. Made of a great material, comfortable. Choosing a size was scary but fit exactly how I needed it to. (I’m 21 years, 5’1” and 120lbs I ordered a large) Very happy all around, definitely got my money’s worth.

These work for light flow, but after one use in the pool for an hour the seams are coming undone in several places. The swim bottoms also feel like you are wearing a thick panty liner that goes halfway up the rear. For the price point the quality and fit are disappointing.
