What a great deal. This is a really nice backpack, simple but with sufficient number of compartments, water resistant looking fabric that you can wipe off if needed, and I really like the simple but classy design. I got it on a light sale and very happy with the purchase. Glad to see good quality come at this price.

Upon my initial frustrated review of receiving a stained bag, customer service was quick to respond and were very respectful throughout the whole exchange. I was not expecting any one to reach out and really listen to my issue and provide possible solutions. I ended up getting a refund and will happily re-order this bag because it is PERFECT for my everyday needs.The bag:When looking for a backpack as a young professional, I did not want a "turtle" backpack. I wanted something practical, sleek, and durable. I am able to fit my laptop, charger, two journals, two pen cases, phone charger, umbrella, and two water bottles (one on each side). With all of that, there is no turtle hump and the straps feel secure and durable. I have not worn this outside or to work due to the stain but will provide another update once I receive my new bag.

Pros: Nice bag, i love the color, plenty of pockets so I can arrange everything well, a little small for traveling but it helps me keep things arranged.Great value for money.Cons: really hangs too low on the back, and i am not a short person, i am 5’8.Also the straps belts dont hold and the straps keep getting even longer as I am wearing it so i have to readjust them everytime.

I originally bought the 14" due to the cuteness of size, but I am a music teacher and my sticks and mallets would not fit in it. So I got the 15.5". It is much bigger, but I'm so glad I kept this one instead. It is so spacious, and compartments are perfect for all my needs. The only thing I wish it had was a string clasp or hook for keys, like I've seen in other backpacks. Overall I'm very impressed.Con* you can't tell in pictures, but it is more Satin in person. I thought it was going to be matte. But still beautiful.Also fits my owala 18oz free sip just fine. I love how the side cup compartments aren't real short.

It really deserves five stars! What a quality. I was looking for a light weight backpack that was elegant and spacious. With all those pockets every necessary items you need on a daily basis will fit. I am so happy with my purchase! Worth the price

I think I finally found the right work bag. I’ve gone through several options, including calpack which those straps are not padded at all and hurt after two hours of wear. I have to wear my bag sometimes for hours at a time so I needed something not too bulky, lightweight, as professional looking as a backpack can be, but can hold all my “work stuff.” Another plus is this has a separate location for your laptop which keeps everything so organized.

I love this bag! It is such great quality! Two complaints that really ruin the experience though. The first is the pockets on the side are not larger enough to fit a water bottle. So my bottle has to go inside the main compartment. Other than that, there are so many pockets and the zippers are all excellent! My other complaint is the length of the padded portion of the straps. I am a US size 18 and find that the straps feels just a bit short. I can feel the adjustable part under my armpit. It’s great for the office, but I bought it with travel in mind and wouldn’t want to wear it through the airport.
