Chamomile is my go to tea if I have trouble sleeping. The taste of this particular one is perfect and not overpowering. The smell is light but soothing. I prefer this for my Chamomile tea.

I love the taste of this in combination with Earl grey. It adds such an interesting layer of flavor that early grey by itself is missing. It's ever so slightly "fruity". It's almost like a dessert tea.I decided to open every bag and make this entirely loose leaf. For two reasons: the bags appear to be plastic and I'm trying to reduce my plastic use in my food. And because I'm trying to control how much tea I use.I'm rating this 4 stars just because of the use of plastic. But I'd recommend this tea. They offer a lot of bags for the money spent.
