CooplayCar Sat Nav GPS Rubber Dash Board Non Stick Mount Holder Mat Slim Portable

This is my 2nd mat (1st one might have been from a different seller but its the same mat). My 1st mat was great until I left it on the dash 100% of the time regardless of if it were in use or not. Then last summer the really hot days came and this mat I bought turned a bit crispy and curled. At that point I decided to bend it back to its original shape and the centre cracked and totally snapped. So if you want to leave it put for months and months, just remember in the summer to take it out of the sun light or bring it indoors to cooler temps. Also this thing is a dust magnet. It looks nicer when its new but everything sticks to it so if your car is dirty its going to look nasty in no time at all.

I’m really pleased with this product.I find that it holds my Tomtom Start 52 very securely and grips onto the plastic of the dashboard very well too.It remains still and secure when carrying out emergency stop exercises too (a frequent occurrence for my driving school car).As you can see from the photos, it will flex to match the shape of your dash too.I especially like that it gives you a much clearer view through the windscreen.There is also space around the back for attaching my power bank, which makes for a neater install, ie. no messy trailing power cable, and also very easy to remove and put away when not in use.I haven’t graded the durability yet because I’ve only had it a short time, but it looks to me that it’s well made, and I don’t anticipate any issues from here on.

It looked really good and the sat nav stayed well but the mat wouldn't stay on the bash. Disappointed sadly.

I used this to glue a Das Cam onto it's smooth centre as said Dash Cam (H**fords) continually lost suction and fell off my windscreen. It has not budged a millimetre since I implemented my DIY solution - RESULT!!

As a driving instructor it was important that the sat nav stayed securely in place so that my pupils could use it effectively. I had tried several other dash mats before this one but none came close to matching it ...even holding the sat nav steady during the emergency stop manoeuvre. Although dearer than its rivals I am extremely pleased with it and have no hesitation it recommending it to anyone.
