Great camera
This is a great borescope for working on cars. I am a mechanic and love that this scope has the rotating camera function that allows me to easily get the angle I need.

Amazing customer service!!!
I have ordered 3 of these. They are great for what we need. One of these was defective and i reached out to their customer service and they replaced it promptly. This company really stands behind their product.

Great for automotive usage
As a mobile automotive mechanic, sometimes I have to diagnosis internal engine damage. This allows me to see deep inside the engine and show customers without having to tear everything down first.

ROTATING CAMERA
Best feature is its 360° camera. There have been times where there wasn’t much space to maneuver and having that rotating camera was the only way to see. Also when I bought this I noticed that all other cables were available to purchase except for this one.

Flickering screen after 5 months
The concept is good , unfortunately the camera started to have issues when changing from Primary to Secondary camera. The screen started flickering once in a while , but now is all the time .Once you make a 360 rotation , camera will stop showing and you have to wait until the signal is back , It gets frustrating if you are hanging on a ladder and the image is gone every time you make a turn ..tried to contact support , no response.. Seems like they don't offer any kind of warranty or support . Disappointed .

Very questionable for the price
First thought was that I have myself a very nice viewing and operating monitor and the quality of the picture/video is really good, i wasn't so sure about the not very well thought out functions of the controls, strange routines to do certain things, and not sure who is responsible for deciding which button does what, because it doesn't seem to be very user friendly and I am not really loving the unorthodox way to make it do specific things, not going to ever be second nature as time goes on, but then it doesn't matter because I was just about to discuss the camera, This is one annoying and obnoxious camera because it starts with the heaviest, stiffest and non conforming rigidity, and you don't have any control over the whole thing because the main unit is oddly shaped and no handles, and the camera is connecting to the control in a location and it's not well thought either, awkward and I feel like I will obviously be in a freaking wrestling match with this thing and it's likely a matter of time and it will be hitting the ground, but probably want to throw it at the wall, and then I have a surprise use come up today and get a little excited for another chance to use it randomly and then see if it works as needed and at least worth the investment if I don't pull it out more than a time or two a year, and now I wanna feel good about it after a few uses at the price even if it doesn't get used again. Well i prefer I don't have to use it again since now I lost the functionality of the 360 control buttons on the the flexible cable in the first one inch of it right where it connects to the viewing device, but the only time I have needed to spin the side facing camera and then I find the top button does nothing, and the other one is going to get me by because I can just constantly spin to the left and go around, but then that wasn't the idea now was it, really pissed when I got my tablet immediately and I find the window for return has already closed, and I don't think I like the guidelines tell me about using the warranty, and sounds confusing exhausting and frustrating to get the customer to have no patience and you just choose to live with it. I'm not patient, so I will fit what they are hoping for and I don't live with that stuff, it'll go right to the dumpster

Initially it sucked
Got it a month ago and seemed to work fine. I emailed them about a shorter length for the rotating camera cause 16ft is too long for my needs and they got back to me within a few hours. Great. Than i went to use it the first time last week and I get an error message saying no camera. I emailed their customer support for a warranty claim and a picture of what it was doing. I still have not heard back. Dumped $300 on this garbage and it doesnt work. Theyll help you right away if you want to buy more but if you want to do a warranty, they ignore you. Dont buy any Teslong product.** update July 4th, 2024 ** teslong on Amazon emailed me after sharing my experience a few months ago, just took a bit for me to update. I never heard from their website, possible that its the same department, just easier to respond via amazon. They gave me a full refund AND they sent me a new camera piece. It is shorter which they informed me of before sending which is perfect for my use. The unit works awesome now and has helped to diag a lot of cars that come into our shop where I work. I woukdnt have an issue buying their products again..
