Just one drop a day gives me my 4000iu s. Right now I'm taking 1 dropper full a day to get the same and it tastes terrible. 1 bottle will last a year. This is my second bottle. Sorry I bought the one I'm using now which only lasts a month

I have been using this liquid vitamin D3 for a few years now, it is great. Based on my research, I take a large doses of the vitamin, approx. 10 drops of he 4000 unit each. Reason: I live in Southern Maine and we have a winter with not much sun, and spring tends to have many rainy days. This liquid vitamin does not have any aroma, it just creates a large drop on the top of the water, so you just enjoy drinking it. I drip one drop on a spoon and I swallow it. So easy. Alternatively I drip one drop on the back of my hand. I get a higher dose than the gelcaps and so easy to swallow. Tiny bottle fits anywhere.
