Early review; item was packaged in a Amazon box but could have came in its very thick protective box. All pieces were in box and is brand new. Easy to put together and almost no need for instructions which are included. Before using instructions say to charge batteries which were basically fully charged with all 4 bars lit up. Charger does get quite warm it does have rubberish feet but for safety don’t charge on a flammable surface. Ok first my yard consists of a back yard,side walkway,front yard which has grass,plants etc. not a huge yard but not small. This blower is awesome it literally blows by my old name brand orange leaf sweeper down the street. Something not mentioned is the finger trigger is like a gas pedal. When released its off no fumbling around with other switch’s etc. it is progressive of 9 speeds plus turbo. You can also lock speed and turbo will work. When I finished blowing I checked battery level still on 4 lights and battery felt slight warmth. Will post a later review on the performance and reliability of this machine.10/27/23 update: still a fantastic machine with no problems, as a reviewer had posted if battery is left in unit it will discharge rather quickly so after use pull it out. I get two good blow downs per battery with still one bar left but best to rotate. I’m actually using the provided safety glasses but for me not the strap the blower is fairly light. In the photo shows charging one battery and stays in charger until other battery is ready to charge.11/22/24 update still performing great. Only thing over time the batteries get tight taking out of blower so I put a little dab of white lube outer side of the blower where the batteries slide in and out after light sanding. Problem solved.

I would not waste your money on this blower I'm a truck driver and I purchased this because it had decent reviews the main purpose sis to blow my trailer out I have to take the battery out wait a second then put it back in 5 times it just stops working that's the only way to get my trailer clean and yes I fully charge the battery both of them and the same thing happens all the time so definitely pass on this blower.

This is a brushless blower! Brushless tech is far superior than brushed motors! These motors will most likely last at minimum ten times longer than a standard brushed motor!! 500 cubic feet per minute and I tested this with my anemometer and it actually is pushing more than 500cfm at full power, now add in the TURBO button and it’s pushing nearly 600cfm!!Besides all of that it’s very well balanced and easy to hold!It also comes with 2 20v batteries that last long enough to blow off a 12,000 sqft yard!!! Also comes with a charger and safety glasses as well as a shoulder strap for the older folks who need that extra support! It’s already extremely lightweight! So in all I had to give it five stars!! Hands down best blower I’ve ever bought as per an electric wireless system!!Very impressive!I bought this for my father because he had an old 18v brushed blower that was loud as heck! Another thing this excels in is the fact it is extremely quiet for the amount of air it is moving! But that’s the beauty of brushless technology! I’ve worked with brushless motors for over a decade now and have some from rc hobby’s that still work flawlessly!Don’t even hesitate on this! I worked landscaping for a long time and also a sod farm manager so I know my equipment! If you think you want it! Get it!Very impressed!! Worth every penny!! And then some!

Found this unit to do a very good job. Bought this specifically for our back patio that is a magnet for tree leaf and twig debris, so it gets used daily, year around! It comes with 2 batterie with enough "run time" to blow our front lawn and driveway as well. Also light enough to use climb a ladder and blow the gutters so that is also a plus. Also runs quiet enough NOT to be a Noise Intrusion for the neighbors. In the winter time I suggest that you bring the batteries/charger indoors as they HATE the cold weather.One draw back, fixed with duct tape, is the latching mechanism to the Wind Chutes/Tubes. They DEFINITELY need to be improved.Overall, IMO, a good purchase!

The best blower out here for what I need it for

I like the convenience of this device being cordless; however, the charge on the batteries do not last long. Especially if you use the thumb turbo. The company was nice enough to send me another new one, but unfortunately I had the same problem with the second one too. If the charge last longer than 4-5 minutes I would highly recommend this product, unfortunately I can't. Thanks to the company for at least trying.

The blower starts out really strong. After the first season, we noticed battery power started to have to be recharged after 15 minutes of use, now during 2nd season, the power only last 5 minutes, sometimes not even right after pulling them off the chargers. Weight, size and blowing capacity are good when it works. Have to look for something with more reliable batteries.

I’ve had this unit for just over one year and I love it but now the unit will only run for about one minute with a fully charged battery. When I check it out by pushing the battery capacity button on back of the battery there will be no lights. If I pull the battery from the unit and then check the battery level all the green light are on. I put the same battery back in and it again runs for around one minute and then does the same thing again ! I can do this over and over again and it does the same thing and each time I start it up it is running strong and it doesn’t sound like a weak battery.The biggest problem is there is no way of contacting somorei. There are two email addresses but neither work. I have yet to find a replacement battery on Amazon
