The LA Muscle Amazon Special Fast Muscles Stack pack is an incredible bundle which inlcudes everything to help increase gains fast and make noticeable progress within days.Included in the set is:1 x LA Whey Gold 2.2kg protein1 x Norateen Heavyweight II1 x Explosive Creatine1 x Possessed1 x LA Muscle ShakerProtein shake: I chose the cookies and cream variant and must say that the taste is probably the best tasting protein shake I've ever had!Included is 2.2kg of powder and a scoop to measure the correct amounts, the recommended dosage is 2 heaped scoops with 400ml of milk or water. I chose to used about 250ml of milk as prefer a stronger taste and i was not disappointed at all. All information about ingredients, recommended amounts etc is labelled clearly on the packaging, the tub itself looks fantastic and the design is very modern. This shake can be used after workout, during workout or even before sleep and in the morning. Norateen Heavyweight II: These pills are aimed to increase muscle growth and overall gains from working out. These do not replace any aspect of a healthy lifestyle yet enhance workouts and make the results faster and more impressive. The time taken to see results is different for everyone however 4 weeks seems a standard amount, if sticking to a routine indicated on the packaging. The packaging matches the modern design of the protein shake, included is 180 pills and the dosage is indicated on the rear of the product. This product increases your testosterone production. A common misconception is that it has testosterone in the pill, this is wrong. It helps your body to make more and distribute it around.Explosive Creatine: This product claims to give you amazing gains in strength and muscle in just 1 week. The way this does so is to give you increased stamina during workouts so that you can train for longer and thus increase the outcome of your workouts. The flavour is berry, and is mixed with water to create a chilled drink. The recommended dosage (on the side of the product) is 1 scoop of creatine with a glass of water 4 times a day for 4 days, then after this period 1 scoop twice a day. I would highly recommend to add ice to this to create a much nicer tasting chilled drink!Possessed: This is claimed to be the best pre-workout possible to buy! it comes in an apple kick flavour, and must be taken 30 minutes before workout/training. Similar to the creatine it requires to be mixed with water (125-175ml recommended), the level scoop of the powder should be added as indicated clearly on the side of the product. After using the product you will build a tolerance and can up the dosage, however you should read the information on the product clearly and not overdose! As stated previously for creatine, I would also recommend mixing this with ice in the water to make the drink nicer!LA Muscle Shaker: This shaker is fantastic! firstly it looks clean, the mechanism used to secure the lid is tight and no spillage occurred during my use. The drinking opening is easy to close and flips off easily, Included inside is a separation grid that helps to separate powder to ensure a clean and lump free mix, from my experience this was fantastic especially to use with the products included in this bundle! I just wish that a metal separation ball was also included!Overall I feel this bundle is an absolute bargain for anyone looking to increase their muscle gains from training, Each product included is of an insanely high standard that I have now come to expect from the LA muscle brand. I would highly recommend this bundle especially with the discount it currently has as the amount of product you recvieve is incredible!
