Fantastic Cleaning Mitts!
I fell in love with these years ago! I remember my first real scrub down that took off so much dead skin. I do not feel clean until I use these. It is best to use after in the shower for a bit or after soaking in the tub for awhile. You want your skin nice and soaked before you start scrubbing. Scrub in a circular motion to get the best clean. You will see little "pills" of darker color which is the old skin being sloughed off. Make sure that after your shower or soak that you moisturize very well all over to replenish all the new skin since you just took off the top layer. These scrubs are very strong so I wouldn't recommend more than once or twice a week. They help with tough spots like elbows and knees like a dream! Any time my elbows feel a little rough I know it is time for an extra scrub!

Helps with my keratosis pilaris. Great for exfoliating. Use when you have extra time so as to not rush and irritate your skin.
I came across different people talking about these washcloths online while I was trying to find something to help my keratosis pilaris. Ever since I can remember, I have had areas where my skin is bumpy and sometimes dry. These areas can appear reddish and irritated at times, but they never actually bother me. This is more of an aesthetic issue. Over the years I have tried different things (different lotions, exfoliating scrubs, etc.) However, I have found that many times, the lotions I have used to alleviate this problem, often end up contributing to it. Many times, I experience buildup on my skin from lotions (especially sunscreen) that ends up clogging my pores and aggravating the problem. As I mentioned before, I came across people discussing these and decided to give these a shot.I get in the shower and let it steam up for a few minutes. After a little while, I begin to use one of these (without soap or anything) and slowly exfoliate my skin. I try to slowly apply more pressure until it starts to feel more uncomfortable, then I ease up a little. After going over an area for a little bit, I can usually see bits of gray, dead skin and buildup come off onto the washcloth. I then rinse it off and continue. I repeat this until I am done exfoliating to my satisfaction. I find that I can turn them inside out and they still will work well. I try to use these at least once a week or so. I have noticed that they do make my skin feel softer and less bumpy afterwards. I have also found that they do work best when I use them in conjunction with coconut oil. I don't really use them as much on my face or my armpits as these areas tend to be more sensitive.I won't lie, I still have problems with my keratosis pilaris, but I definitely notice a difference since using these (less bumps on certain areas and less visible bumps on other areas). Perhaps I would benefit from using these more regularly. I like to use these on a day when I have a good amount of free time to use these without rushing as I do not want to hurry and irritate my skin in the process. Afterwards, I always feel like I spent time at the spa when I feel my skin.I like these (the Large size) better than the regular ones as it is easier to keep these on. I have small hands so I would definitely recommend using the Large size if you have larger hands. The only downside I have found is that I have heard people say that you have to wash these a certain way for them to work and I find myself overwhelmed by this so I have only been getting one use out of these. However, considering the results, I would say they have been well worth it. I would definitely recommend giving these a shot if this is sounds like something you may be interested in.

Not neccessary but good
I honestly don't see it doing much, you have to scrub pretty hard to see anything but since I have sensitive skin I get red easily after using it. Not to say it doesn't work, I have seen some of those grey flakes come off from time to time but honestly, I just don't think I needed to buy this. My skin isn't any softer than before if anything it's the exact same. So it works, but hurts, and if you want it I can't stop you so go for it. (side note: It doesn't fit my whole hand inside like the photo shows, I have relatively long fingers though)

My favorite thing to do in the shower now!! I love watching the dead skin fall off!!!
Let your skin hit the floor!!!I went to a Korean spa and had a body shampoo and decided to buy these gloves. The amount of dead skin that rubbed off with the glove was just as much as when the I was at the spa!!!! I was so excited and surprised that I was able to scrub my skin at home and save $75! My skin is very smooth and shaving after I scrubbed is soooooooo smooth!!! I loved these so much that I placed a second order and 2 of my friends also order this exact glove. How to use:::: stay in the shower for about 10 mins (so what I do is shampoo my hair, condition it and just take my time. Don’t wash with soap yet)Turn off your water and I find it easier to put a glove on each hand. Then scrub your skin with just enough pressure where it doesn’t hurt in a circular motion and back and forth. After about 20 strokes, you should see your dead skin start to curl up in a ball or thin roll.Scrub your entire body!!! There is dead skin everywhere!!! I also scrub my face lightly and afterwards my face is also very smooth! Afterwards, wash your body with your body wash and clean the tub/shower!!! It will be filled with your skin!Just wash your gloves inside and out with water and hang dry for next use.I’ve do this once a week and look forward to scrubbing my skin off each time!!!!

Shrinkage
When people say these shrink, they don't mean in the dryer after washing. They mean INSTANTLY, immediately, in the shower. You can feel the mesh contract around your hand, and it never stretches out again. In order to stretch it, you have to weigh down one end and pull it while it dries. Not worth it, so just save yourself the effort and buy an even larger size towel than this. The mitts are convenient, but not worth it in the long run since you won't be able to get your hand in. Just buy the jumbo towel cloth.

These rule!
These are amazing. Best exfoliating cloth I have used. They do shrink when they get wet, but that does not effect their functioning. I get clogged pores and ingrown hits. These expertly combat those issues and do not hurt my skin. I have very sensitive skin and found these to be non-irritating and effective at gently exfoliating my skin. I even used it on my nose, chin, and forehead. No irritation!I hope these stick around. Definitely a new staple for me.
