Really enjoyed this book. Though I've heard many of the stories as a child in Sunday school, I had forgotten some of these characters (while keeping the overall story!)

Most bible scholars, theologians and bible students usually leave out "The Bad Boys" of the bible in their commentaries or discussion of the bible. It is therefore refreshing to find a book that sheds light on some of the infamous characters and also identify lessons to be learnt from the life of those discussed in the book.

A fantastic book put together by an author who really understands the scriptures.I had to read it again particularly for some characters just to comprehend how cold and mean they were. Looking forward to more books with names unheard of in the bible.

This book gives us detail on some of the lesser known Bible characters who would be considered"Bad boys" of the Bible. The author gives us background from the Bible as well as telling us each "Bad boy's" story. I appreciated that the author also gives us application and what we can learn in the twenty-first century from these Bible characters. Bible students will find some lessor known facts about the Bible in this book and find it an interesting read.

I had the expectation that this was going to be a book about guys that did bad things, that started off bad, and came back to redemption. What it turned out to be was a list of bad guys throughout the bible, that basically started bad and died bad. it was like a short history lesson of evil men. I was going to use this in a bible study for combat veterans that struggle with the choices they made and acts they had carried out during war time, but it was not worth the money I spent, and I had them all returned.

I could not put this down. It was a short read and very much an eye opener. Some of the names I could not remember from any of my previous studies of the Bible. The writer has a gift for being able to take a little bit of information, expound upon it, and make it relevant to today.These men were truly bad. However we can still learn from them. Basically we can learn not to behave like them. However some readers may find that they have already committed the sins these bad boys did. These bad boys were unrepentant. Hopefully the reader will repent and not meet the same fates these bad boys did.I hope to see more in this series. The women's group at the church I attend are studying The Bad Girls Of the Bible. The Ladies have been having a lot of fun with there study of the book.

Boomy Tokan writes with enthusiasm, structure and intensity as he ignites a fire from the stories of the Bible. His stories are taken directly from the bible followed with versus and an in depth description of what made these Bad Boys of the Bible so bad. Despite the dirty deeds these bad boys heartlessly carried out, Boomy Tokan takes story telling to a new level in this book. It's one like I've never read before and is outstanding! The stories, though some heartbreaking, are told with passion and flare and it heads the warning of fearing God. Without the fear of God, people are capable of anything.

I bought this one along with other biblical literature and I'm very pleased to say I've enjoyed each one with no complaints or dissatisfactions

This is a very good book to read and I recommend it. I never knew that some of these men are like men I meet in my neighborhood. We must follow God's plan everyday of our lives. The book is a blessing to everyone and I want to thank the writer for it. Be bless
