First of all I have received only swimming googles ....no earplugs and nose plug....And googles are not up to mark ...So I have to return this

The goggles nose support is very hard plastic and it hurts. Have got bruises on the nose due to it.

Nice product for swimming the googles fit my head perfectly and the nose clip and ear plugs are also of great use.
