OEM filters, right from the manufacturer. Good build quality and fit my 2015 Subaru Outback’s spec. I change mine every 5 months or 5,000 miles which ever comes first and these filters do a good job. Oil analysis from Blackstone Labs supports the engine is in great shape after each oil change!

Filter itself is fine, it's OEM so not absolute garbage like FRAM or whichever other budget brand. Five stars for filter quality. However....This filter, at least where I am in the PNW, is 2x more expensive than at my local Subaru dealer. If you have the privilege and convenience of being a reasonable distance from a Subaru dealer, check with their parts department before buying on Amazon. Most likely they will have this same filter for a fraction of the price, and you can likely pick it up same-day. Whoever is selling these on Amazon is making bank by artificially inflating the price.

I wanted a couple of OEM oil filters for my Crosstrek, with the drain plug crush washers. The two-pack price was equivalent to what the dealer has charged in the past. The filters arrived on time, sealed and with no damage. They are exactly what Subaru sells. Not much more to say then I am fully satisfied.

Grabbed these because my local dealer was out of stock and I needed one that day. Pricey compared to local dealer, but hey I have them now. Tokyo Roki.....made in Indonesia. Still awesome filters!
