Take poor reviews with a grain of salt
Ok so fault the manufacturer for calling it indestructible. It ain't. Not even close. Fortunately I have a dog who knows the difference between chew and chase. I've had 3 of these discs since he was a puppy (we grab whichever is closest so they are constantly cycled). We use it for fetch and then it gets put away. I never let him think it was a chew toy, so he doesn't. If your dog doesn't know any better, that's on you (sorry). My boy is now 2+. He's a mini labradoodle with a TON of energy. If I don't take him out twice a day he's doing cartwheels at bedtime (mine, not his!). The disc is soft which is good for your pup's mouth. It's light... which can be good or bad. Any breeze will either kill your toss or give it an amazing boost if it catches the wind right... fun to watch it grow wings with a strong updraft! We go out for a session where I throw it approx 150' 20-25x and that seems to wear him out pretty good. The disc ages like all natural rubbers do and mine are due for a replacement. They get old, lose their shape and get a little stiff. I have to be really, really good to get it to soar without dipping one way or the other now. It wasn't like that when the rubber was fresh and new. I take it as a challenge to get even better tossing. But beware: you gotta know how to throw a frisbee. Let me repeat: YOU GOTTA KNOW HOW TO TOSS A FRISBEE. I played frisbee a lot in my younger days. Recreationally for fun and a bit of disc golf. I even had a crazy friend talk a group of us into tossing frisbees to each other while wearing inline skates in a parking lot (don't try this at home). My point is: this disc is even harder to master than your father's frisbee (tm). Once you get good at tossing this light little disc, it's a lot of fun for you and your fur-dude and you can rest assured his cool factor will be way higher than all the dopey dogs who continually annoy you and your friends by dropping that gross spit-drenched tennis ball on your foot over... and over... and over.... Yes, it's Frisbee dogs that get the chicks. And this is a nice little disc at the right price so I rate it a 5 despite the lack of indestructibility and moderate life.

Disappointing durability and unresponsive customer service
I recently purchased the IMK9 Dog Frisbee Toy with high hopes based on the product descriptions and the manufacturer's warranty. However, my experience with this toy has left me disappointed and frustrated. On a positive note, the plastic on the outside edge of the frisbee is thick and durable, providing a sense of sturdiness. The disc also exhibits good aerodynamics, allowing it to fly nicely during play.Unfortunately, the rest of the frisbee's body is noticeably thin, raising concerns about its overall durability. The claim that it is suitable for "aggressive play" is misleading; I doubt its ability to withstand such activity. Considering our past experiences with other Kong frisbees that didn't last long, we were hesitant to subject this toy to rough play.Despite our cautious approach, the frisbee developed holes within a month of use, solely from our dog retrieving the disc. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted the manufacturer twice, utilizing their "All chewed up promise." Regrettably, I received no response. The lack of communication and assistance from the manufacturer only added to my disappointment. In summary, while the frisbee toy initially showed promise with its sturdy plastic and good aerodynamics, its overall durability falls short. Furthermore, the manufacturer's warranty and customer service proved ineffective and unresponsive in addressing the issues I encountered.I would advise potential buyers to consider these limitations and the manufacturer's lack of support before making a purchase decision.

Lasts 6 years with a Jack Russell Terrier
This is one of the few items I’ve repurchased on amazon! We got this for our pup about 6 years ago and finally had to order her another one when it finally hit the dust. I love how the color is one dogs can see so they don’t have to look forever to find it in a field of grass. It’s flexible yet sturdy but ours did thin out over years of constant use with our very energetic dog. I think the texture also feels good on her teeth so it’d be great for puppies, especially ones that love to fetch and play.

Lives up to its claims - great disc...sometimes (updated)
My BorderCollie/Heeler is notorious for destroying frisbees and flyers to the point where they won't fly anymore. But after about 4 months, this one shows almost no wear, even after she chews on it regularly. It's also a great design that is thin and flies well and even hovers slightly if thrown well. Highly recommend if you are tired of your dog destroying its frisbee - this one won't disappoint.Update 1 year later...So the first disc lasted almost a year, which is about a year longer than any other disc we've used. But, it finally gave up the ghost. We had such a good experience with it that we ordered another. Oddly, that disc only lasted a week. It felt like a different material, so either they changed the composition of the disc or they have inconsistent manufacturing quality. So, I'm changing from 5 stars to 4. Will try one more time and see if we get a better disc on the third try.

Won't last forever, but worth the price!
Our dog managed to rip these apart, but it took him about a year to do each one. I feel that we got our moneys worth and then some. No dog toy lasts forever and I will continue to purchase these as needed. It would be IMHO, unfair to request a replacement after a years worth of play manages to rip them.

It’s soft enough that it tears easily.
The media could not be loaded. My dog absolutely loved this frisbee. But… It lasted maybe an hour before it ripped. All I could do was throw away the pieces.

Not for aggressive play
Tried this one instead of the Kong since it's blue but it just didn't hold up. Our 3 year old German Shepard wrecked this in under an hour. Description states it is rated for aggressive play & it did not live up to that at all.

Disappointed
I was hopeful that this frisbee would be durable and withstand our 2 year old 70 lbs Shepherd's playfulness. But it did not. It's now rip to shreds....and to be clear we DO NOT let her use it as a chew toy, it's strictly to toss and have her fetch! This product is NOT durable or heavy duty! We had a Kong one before and that one didn't hold up either. I guess we'll stick to tossing balls instead.

Really great product - durable, bendy, rubber frisbee. Dog loves it. So pleased I bought it!
We despaired of ever getting our adopted 3 year old cockapoo to play fetch. He would race off towards a thrown ball but lose interest almost immediately - if he found the ball he’d just leave it there... Turns out Benji just doesn’t like balls! This frisbee has been great. He’s much happier gripping it in his mouth and is regularly bringing it back to us now. It’s sturdy rubber but can be folded enough to go into most coat pockets. I can’t comment too much on how it survives a serious chewing as Benji only really chews rope toys but it’s been mildly chewed and carried around in his teeth each day with no damage so far. The guarantee the seller offers - to replace any chewed up frisbee - is fantastic but the quality of the frisbee itself is so good I doubt many buyers need to use it.Upshot: Dog is happy. We’re happy!

Super costaud
