Falsely advertised!
The cushioning in these is non existent. There is literally nothing except thin material between the bottom of my heel and the floor. There is a very thin cushion around the outside edge, but no padding on the bottom. Maybe I got a defective pair, considering I read the reviews prior to purchase, but these are definitely being returned!

Cushion is ok. I have not worn them for long, so can't say how long the cushing lasts.

They are only adjustable on top the heel is way too big for a size 7 woman.

Actually works! Good comfort!
So, when I first used these, I didn’t think I liked them. They take a little getting used to. But I wore them around for a day, and I noticed that my heels didn’t throb at the end of the day like they normally do, so I wore them a second time, around the house, and they became more comfortable, and now I wear them all the time. I did notice that if I wore them ALL day, my foot would be a little sore right under where it velcro’s together, but if you just put them on to wear around the house for a few hours, you’ll notice a big difference in how your feet feel at the end of the day. You can’t really wear them with regular shoes, because they are a bit too bulky for that, but wear them while throwing your feet into some Crocs or slip-ons, or even to just wear them by themselves while your doing chores around the house, they are perfect. They are soft around the velcro area, and don’t get caught on your socks or anything. It looks very low profile on your foot, despite it being a little bulky for shoes. I don’t have planter fasciitis, but I have such a high arch in my foot that I would regularly get heel pain after being on my feet all day, so I thought I’d try these, and they definitely help with that. I’ve literally had NO heel pain since wearing these when I’m on my feet a lot, and I’ve tried everything..from shoe inserts, to foot massagers and everything in between, and this is the only product that actually relieved my heel pain. Definitely worth the buy.
