Perfect for me because I usually have my lights off ...
Absolute steal of an item. So cheap yet does its job amd more perfectly. The led lights are bright and clear white. Perfect for me because I usually have my lights off in my room with just some nice LED back lighting behind the desk for effects. However, when I need to do anything precise or need to see anything in proper light - just plug this in and BAM. No need for me to get up or waste electricity by switching on my room with this around.Also saves me from disturbing other people sleeping in the house because I won't need to turn on my room light or any night lights.Build is solid too as is the design. Really flexible base so you can position it anyway or any direction you want and as I mentioned before the light is super birght without being overpowering.

Very bright - Very pleased
Very bright, I’m using this to highlight the dots on my putter when practicing with ExPutt, in fact it is so bright I’ve just ordered a second.

Good for the price but could be improved
Fairly pleased with this little light overall but its not perfect. It is reasonably bright but i feel it could be brighter, on a dull day in my dark office (which is why i bought it in the first place) it helps but doesn't quite cast enough light for my needs. The lack of an on/off switch is mildly irritating, meaning you have to unplug it to switch it off. I was fully aware that it didn't have a switch when i bought it though so i can't really complain.Overall, considering the low price, it is a useful piece of kit so i have given it 4 stars.

Great item
I was in a Africa in a place with little or know electricity , this little light lit my whole room from my laptop. Great device especially in remote places. I came home bough ta load of them to take back with me.

Bright but slightly flimsy
Feels a bit cheap and the arm won't hold position for long but it puts out quite a bit of light and it will do in a pinch attached to my laptop.
