Poor performance
Why did you choose this product over others?:These filters have half the lifespan of Britvic filters . I Was very disappointed they stopped working way before you should be changing the filter

We've had these blocks in the past and have been very satisfied, but stupidly changed to slightly cheaper ones - many of which arrived broken so they are wasteful and awkward to load.We've returned to Harvey which come securely boxed and are worth the extra money.
