Magnetic backing is inadequate to support broach.
It is a very pretty broach, but is not supported well by the small magnet holding it in place which allows the entire broach to shift awkwardly and this shifting is exacerbated when you add glasses.

I purchased this for my 92 year old Mom. She loves it. As I am not allowed to see my Mom during this time of virus (she lives in an independent living center that is VERY serious about stopping virus spread) - I haven't seen it on her, but she says it is cute and useful. Good enough for me!

The magnet is very weak.
I love how it looks. But if you are using a retractable ID clip it would not stay in place.
