I used to snore so loudly I would waken the dead and I was literally driving my wife mad with my snoring so I thought I had to try it. I read the reviews for this and couldnt believe I had never heard of the product. At £10 it was worth a punt. I don't know why it works but from the first time I wore the ring, my snoring stopped. It is now 4 weeks on and I have had a few occasions where I have made some noises but not enough to waken anyone. I must stress that you should measure your ring size before ordering and you can print off a chart from a Google search. The first one I bought was a small as I am a male of 5 ft 6 inches but it was too tight. It is a adjustable but was still a bit uncomfortable. One night I took it off as it was a bit tight and my wife said that I was snoring again. (She didn't know I had taken it off). Next day I ordered a medium sized one once I measured my size and it has worked every night since arriving. I don't know if it works for everyone but it has been perfect for me and I have a great nights sleep every night as I don't get woken up by my better half any more. At £10 it is worth trying. Read the instructions as you need to wear it on different hands depending on male or female.ps This is my first ever review of an Amazon product but felt I had to as it has helped me immensely.

Used it 2 nights running....it didn't prevent or even reduce my snoring in fact my fiancé said it was worse than ever....and he didn't even know I had this ring on!! I wanted to have an honest opinion about the results so I didn't tell him I wore it...just asked him the next morning if I snored last night to which he replied yes..it was awful. The next day I didn't even so him because he woke me up about 7 times during the night in pure frustration and said it was worse than ever! !! I then told him what I had tried..and he just laughed...that I would ever think that a ring would stop such a problem! ! And I now agree. ..it was useless!!

Will likely never know if this works properly or not.Ordered medium - but it was too big.As it was less than £10 I felt it was not worth returning, but when doing another order and needing to make a new order up to £20 for free delivery - (sad I know :) ) I thought why not just order the small one and try it?Well I know I selected small on the Amazon page, but now, after delivery, my order is marked medium again, so something happened between selection and confirmation (out of interest, put small in my basket just now to see what is seen there, and the size doesn't seem to show on the order in the basket itself, so I probably wouldnt have noticed anyway).And when I go to returns, it seems I'm not allowed to return it, even in its new unopened state - no reason given.It arrived quickly enough, based on the first one, it seems to be of reasonable quality (I found it difficult to bend it) - the little bag a nice touch would likely make it harder to lose, but not a lot of use if its not used because it's too big.Anyway, I have been trying the first one (as its warmer, my fingers are bigger, worth a try I thought) but OH says no difference so far - I still sound like a warthog, but its only been 3 nights.But then again I may be wearing it wrong - as others have said, the instructions are unreadable, even with 2 pairs of glasses on!Somewhat disappointed because OH would love to get a full nights sleep.But I will persevere - if things change I will update my review.

This product worked for me, for about 6 months. After that it my snoring started to get the better of me, again. My snoring had almost stopped. If my girlfriend woke me up because I was snoring, I would instantly check the ring & sure it enough it was because it has moved out of position. So I position it correctly & re-tighten it. It’s really important that it is positioned correctly, otherwise it will not work. Also, it might take several days before it starts to work. Just make sure it’s in the correct position & not loose and able to move about. I use the nasal plasters & an anti-snore pillow these days, with good effect too.

Like most of the reviewers here, I didn't think this could possibly work, but as so many had been surprised by its effectiveness I decided to give it a go, my partner rarely spends the wole night in bed with me, so she was just happy that I was trying something. I would like to report that nights are now silent, but this isn't the case. There has been an improvement though in the noise according to my partner, there is snoring, but it is much quieter. Despite hearing this, the skeptic in me thinks that this is just coincidence, which is probably unfair on the seller/manufacturer. I will have to continue with it for longer until I am convinced of its efficacy, but whilst reseaching help with snoring I have discovered the neti pot, a device for washing out the sinuses, so I have one of those in my basket now. Perhaps both devices will provide silent nights - we will see.

Er, can't quite believe this thing, but it works very well on me. I fit it on the little finger on my right hand (left hand for ladies apparently!?) half way between the knuckle and the first joint. The ring has a gap in it so you can fairly easily prise it slightly to fit better, or get it off if it gets stuck.Spent a week sharing a room whilst on holiday, during which I ended up with a Cold (from the aircraft air con, it seems). Apparently I was snoring away the first two nights, and then when wearing this for the rest of the week the most noise I made was a few individual 'grunts'.I should say that I'm an Engineer and don't believe in 'energy paths' and other New Age stuff, but I'm told by medical professional friends that acupressure nerve manipulation is actually scientific (despite the way it is often described by its practitioners).I was healthily sceptical at first, but the stark evidence is it that it works totally for me (I mean for those who have to witness me when I'm asleep)!
