A handy and useful pocket but limited functionality if using with a large phone.
I bought this to hold my Samsung Note 4 whilst running and weight training. It holds firm and does not bounce around which is great. The phone is a tight fit but fortunately there is a small zipped access slit which I can plug my headphones into my phone so I can use it for my intended use. Unfortunately there is very little room for anything else.. perhaps a key on its own and one gel for running if I needed but I haven't tried. I do think it's a little expensive for effectively what it is and given the space limitations but then it is a compromise...stick with the bum bag which bounces around but has loads of storage or go for the pouch for stability but limited to my phone and headphones.. Good concept and would be 5 stars if was a more reasonable £15 region price point.*** ADDENDUM 8th Sept 2016 ***Star rating increased to 5 (was 4)I have now been using this pouch for approximately 8 months and despite its space limitations referred to in my original review I have grown accustomed to it and have used nothing else (pouch/bumbag/belt etc wise) since. I have found that I can fit in a key (car or house, not a bunch), card/cash if needed along with my phone and has proven itself invaluable when training. Fastened to the front or rear of my clothing it has held very securely and very accessible and convenient. However and this is really why I have upgraded my review to the full 5 stars is that after this time the pouch had developed a couple of manufacturing faults. I contacted the seller (Bluegizmo) via email including a couple of photos highlighting/showing the faults and after a couple of very courteous emails within the next working day I received a free of charge replacement and a genuine apology for the problems with the pouch. You can't get better customer service than that, so perhaps I should reconsider my original statement..at least here you clearly do get what you pay for..buy a premium product, get first rate service...I just hope this second one lasts longer than the first!

Perfect for keeping things close and secure. So many uses!
I bought the regular size pouch for hubby for running. Instead I ended up being the one to use it on our recent trip to Walt Disney World to carry my phone and other bits. It was brilliant for everything I put it through in the unexpected heatwave Florida had during our visit in November. It didn't make me sweat, it wasn't uncomfortable in any way. It did drag down on a couple of my elastic shorts bands, so I had to tie them a bit tighter, but beyond that it was brilliant. Hubby used it for his runs while we were there and had no issues running with his phone and money, and now has started taking it on his regular runs. The regular size easily fits an iPhone 4 and 5/5s even with a heavy Otterbox Defender case. It will even fit an iPhone 6 with no case or a slim case, but because it's a tight fit, the silicone edges of my case pull when taking out so I have bought the XL size for mine. I was worried it might be too big, bit it's only about an inch longer, everything else is the same. The phone fits with plenty of room, plus space for much more. The addition of the small zip on the side to allow headphone access is a welcome one. Our original one didn't have this, but I see it's now on both sizes. They was hubby's only complaint with the original.Overall I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. What a clever piece of kit with so many potential uses. My next use is for a flight on my own to keep my travel money secure. It's great for keeping the things you need quick access to at the airport safe but handy.

Comfy to wear, secure
My original Buddy pouch lasted 3 years and eventually a magnet came loose so replaced it with the larger version that is easy to fit smart phones with protective cases. I use it three times a week for running and it is easy to wear and comfortable on the waist band. I prefer it at the front to one side but it works equally well on your back. It's practical, keys, phone and paper money all fit, the two pockets mean you can separate your phone from keys that may scratch the screen

Great product
I have had the smaller version of this for a fewyearsand had to upsize when I got a bigger phone recently. Perfect size for a phone, keys, some loose change or bank card. I have never had any problems with it pulling down the waist of my running trousers. A big advantage for me is that, as I run alone, I feel safer that my phone is out of sight.I use cordless ear to buds, but if you prefer corded ones this pouch suits them as well. Not cheap, but I got such good use from my first one, I was well worth the money and I was happy to invest in the bigger one when I needed to.

Very useful
I use this everyday for work, it allows me to carry my phone, pen and paper, etc with me when I don't have a pocket. Would also recommend for travelling to hide phone and money under clothes. In fact I had to buy another one as my son took mine to travel round the world for that exact reason, it allows him to put his phone, passport and money in, rather than a back pocket and conceal it under his shirt, less obvious and less easy to pickpocket. Recommend.

Very Comfortable
Fantastic running buddy. You don't even know you've got it on. It doesn't move when running. I've ran a 10k race with it on. Best size to order is the XL you'll have room for a phone mines a Samsung A3 and keys. Has 2 compartments. Magnets are super strong. You will not be disappointed with this little buddy. Best purchase I've made.

Good for large phone when running
Fits my samsung galaxy S7 edge and a flat key plus gel tubes. Would struggle to get much more in as phone takes up most of space but this is the only pouch I've found that I can fit this phone in. Wear tight fitting leggings when using this as if it's full the weight can pull then down if not tight.

Not really suitable for a heavier phone
Great idea, but if you're wearing running tights or thinner trousers, the weight of a phone is likely to pull the waistband down. I think this XL version is probably pushing the concept too far. You'd be fine with a smaller one (providing it's big enough for your phone, of course). Seller was kind enough to refund.
