This is an excellent device, giving really accurate readings of slopes, automatically turning off when you forget, very stable over a long period, and easy to set up on any surface. The magnetic base is a boon, and I have even used it to measure slopes of hills over some distance by putting a laser pointer into the magnetic slot on the base and pointing the assembly at a suitable target. For the price, this is an outstanding piece of equipment.

Bought to assist with general metal work fabrication and potentially future roll cages and pipe bends. Works great and magnets hold it in place well in certain areas. Great tool to have.

I had to install a second banister rail, exactly parallel to the existing one on the other side of the stairs. This seemed to be the right tool for the job.As supplied, it read 0.2 degrees on a level surface. The instructions say don't calibrate it unless it has been dropped, but I decided that anything might have happened to it during transport, so I did calibrate it, and it now reads zero in both directions on a level plate. The accuracy has not changed after a few days of use.Sadly, I do not have the equipment to check it at intermediate angles.I have rated it as good value because you don't expect quality to be cheap.

Excellent piece of kit ,has an absolute reading as well as a relative mode which makes it excellent for setting up machinery. Has multiple ways of expressing the incline not just degrees also had an audio beeping that increases rapidity as you approach level which is signaled by a continuous tone. The only small irritation is that the backlight of the display has a tendency to time out and turn off too quickly. But all round an excellent device for the price

A user-friendly device. The price is acceptable. The magnetic part allows sticking it during the measure. The digital display, contrarily of an analogic one, facilitates the reading of the values. The battery life is excellent, the body is sufficiently strong with aluminum frame, even if not water proof as declared.

Item arrived early. For the price, would definitely recommend getting one. Works well and is very accurate. Nice gadget.

Item just arrived, so not much to say on its usability, durability or accuracy. It seems OK, easy to calibrate and feels quite sturdy. However, note that the item descriptions says "WaterProof: IP54 / CE & RoHS Approved", while instructions have no mention of that and in specification it says that the work humidity should be below 85% RH and in the notes it says, literally, "This product is forbidden to store in humid environment or used on the humid environment for long time". Hardly water proof, right? Unfortunately it was because of that that I selected it. Oh, bother...

Excellent piece of kit. The decimal degree makes all the difference when using the inclinometer to "seek out" stars on a Dobsonion mount telescope. The inbuilt magnets allow the unit to mount onto the "Dobo" tube.
