Zoggs Swim Training Aid Centre Line Snorkel with Nose Clip, Blue

Have used this three times now, am pleased with the quality and have done loads of lengths more or less without stopping, the only thing that worries me slightly is that most baths, don’t let you use snorkels, I use it at DL club, where the lifeguard isn’t always there, so have no problem, I have always had a problem with my breathing normally, so this bit of kit is good for me, I am pleased with it, for up n down swimming.

Buying this snorkel has marked a complete transformation in my ability to keep fit. With a bad neck, swimming always caused my neck muscles pain (especially the side ones from coming up for air). Overnight I have gone from swimming 14 lengths with lots of pain to 40 lengths with no pain. Given that I cannot play any sports or do classes because of my neck this snorkel is a life-line. I mentioned it to my doctor who had not heard of it and yet I reckon this could help benefit many who suffer from back or neck pain and find themselves in a cycle of declining fitness. Hopefully this review will help spread the word! ps: It does take time to get used to. You get a bit of a dry throat so take water and speak to the manager of your swimming pool if the life-guards say you can't use it.

Very useful, poor swimmer, manage 10 lengths in pool over 30min, close to double over whole session. Great for increasing swimming strength whilst waiting for aerobic capacity to increase. I find I drop too much sometimes and get water in the snout, which is ok if you have breath to force the water out the one-way valve, otherwise you'll breath in the puddle, which basically feels like you're choking and you'll surface real quick! Otherwise comfy and unobtrusive Had for about a year and works just as new, highly recommend if your pool lets you use it.

Love these, completely changes the way you swim. My local swimming pool told me I could not use them, it was there policy but I told them I had a bad back and it help my posture when swimming and they were fine with it.

Quality is fine, but it was advertised as coming with a free nose clip. The plastic packaging also says centre line snorkel with free nose clip, but this was missing. This was one of the reasons i selected this product so i was ready to go without having to buy a nose clip separately. Disappointing.

I have a real problem with my breathing & I tend to panic when my face is under water so end up swallowing huge amounts of sea water, which makes me panic...etc. I have found this has really helped my confidence, I'm able to put my face under water now, which has meant I can work on my stroke & breathing style without drowning.
