This does make a big difference to the taste of our water. It tastes really clean. It’s an obvious improvement. We have one each to monitor daily water consumption to visually know how many litres / day we’re drinking ! Harder in the winter, so good to have a visual guage !The other important thing to say about this is it’s a really nice design. It’s light to carry to the garden, for example, to have water on the table over lunch in the summer. Other water purifiers are heavy, cumbersome things. This is a light and elegant design so is easy to move around from area to area to wherever you need it and it looks attractive as part of the table setting.

It's:light,sturdy,looks and feel like glass,easy to use,the cork isn't what I thought it would i.e it sits at the top, as opposed to being forced in, and therefore isn't hard to pull outwater tastes betterAlso, I asked the producer directly and the water can be filtered in the Carafe and then poured into a kettle or menu jug, to make hot drinks and flavoured water taste great too e.g. water with cucumber in it etc

The water in my area tastes of bleach. I was having to buy bottles of water and I didn’t want to waste plastic. I bought this filter and it works perfectly, the water tasted like mineral water over night and the bottle is a lovely design and great quality. So happy!

I know Black & Blum is a highly respected designer brand - but the bottle is a little overpriced for what it is.It is a nicely designed curvy glass bottle - the cork is beautiful and functional with a rubber seal on the base of the cork. It comes with 1x charcoal filter - but if I were honest to other customers, probably best get a normal glass bottle and get the charcoal filters separately to save some money on a product that's easy to break. :)

Bought this after I saw it at the Balance Festival - water tastes SO SO CLEAN. Bought one for my friend to use at her Yoga Studio and she loved it . Came quickly, undamaged and excellent value for money.

This has changed my life for the better. I love that I'm buying charcoal filters rather than plastic ones. It also is a great look for table top when you have guests. I know some people complain about multiple refills during the day - however I keep mine by the sink and it reminds me to keep drinking throughout the day and as a stay at home mum with two toddlers it hasn't left me wanting yet.

So fragile that it inevitably broke from the charcoal stick sliding down the side and hitting the bottom of the glass when the bottle was empty. Only lasted 10 days and that was even whilst being aware of how thin the glass was and taking extra care. Also is slightly wider than average fridge door shelf so you really have to squeeze it in.

Ok, so no clue about the flavour (not using the charcoal, bought it for the looks) or how easy it is to clean, but it just looks stunning. Easy to pour and look sleek and neat, love it! Fits in the fridge door.

Für Wasser, schmeckt gekühlt sehr gut. Zimmertemperatur nicht so lecker. Aber ein tolles Design und keine Flaschen mehr schleppen👍

Très jolie carafe, j'ai choisi ce système au charbon de bois car j'essaie d'éviter de limiter un maximeum l'usage de plastique, résinne etc...Le goût et l'odeur d'eau de conduite est neutralisée. Je suis tout à fait satisfait de mon achat. La carafe est jolie, le bouchon est en liège et le charbon se recycle aussi. Donc pas de résidus hormis l'emballage plastique du charbon et un très bon résultat au niveau de la désodorisation et de l'élimination des goûts. 1 morceau de charbon dure 6 mois. Ce qui n'est pas le cas des filtres bien connus.

This is a lovely carafe; I love its shape. I saw it first when I visited the Oxo Building in London, where the designers work. I ordered it when I got home as I did not want to carry anything fragile. I keep a carafe of water in the fridge al the time, and I do believe the charcoal filter makes a difference to how the water tastes. To be honest, while the carafe is well designed and aesthetically pleasing it is rather overpriced. I also experimented to see if the filters actually removed calcium deposits that tend to gather on the stainless steel dome of my kettle. Unfortunately, the filters do not address that problem.While I still love this cafafe, I no longet use tap water or the charcoal filters. I find smart water much better, and I also use it in my kettle which keeps kettle, porcelain teapot and china cups much cleaner than when using the hard city water.

This is a beautiful carafe, and my water, which has tasted awful for years, finally tastes delicious.
