Don't know if it works as a antifungal but it doesn't taste too bad.

There is a theory that Pau D'arco works as an anti-fungal medicine against certain form of stomach upset.

I am using these herbal teabags to kill off Candida, 3 bags throughout the day onlong side other antifungals, they are definately helping. The taste I really like, not initially though, I would describe the taste as woody with a tiny hint of liquorice. If you have ever eaten real liquorice root that is sort of how they taste, less sweet more bitter. I really wouldn't be without them now.

If you have tummy issues or upsets, this tea works a treat! Almost immediate relief, or at least for me it was :)Will be buying more!

I love this tea! I take it as a part of a candida reducing diet and buy it on a regular basis. I have found though that you need to let your boiled water cool a little, much like green tea, otherwise you'll end up with it being bitter. I fill my cup nearly to the top, steep the tea bag, take it out and then fill up the cup with a little more water, this way it tastes so much better without the bitter aftertaste.

I used to drink this tea often, years ago and it worked like a charm. The taste as I remember (although not amazing) was far better then, than what it is now. I don't know whats changed but the packet smells like wet wood (before being wet) and taste is off somehow and it's much weaker. A cup like this, the potency would be much strong and the colour much darker!Something has changed and I am not impressed by this quality at all. I would rather a new packet at this stage of at all possible !
