I was unsure whether to give this a go due to the reviews below, however I wanted the laptop for my daughter to use, and decided to give it a go.I have to say ..... It is excellent, It is just like an android tablet, with a keyboard attached. It has a word processor and spreadsheet application, connection to the internet is great, and she can download all of her favourite apps and games from the Google play store.Do not expect this to be a substitute for a large laptop, or anything that you would like to do any substantial "work" on, as it would not be up to it. But for a learner, or a child/teenager this is excellent!

I was apprehensive about ordering after reading other negative reviews but in hindsight I really should have listened. The item was delivered in an untimely manner, not quite the service I'm used to of amazon. This company doesn't do the website any favours!When the item did eventually arrive the box was so light I questioned whether there was anything in there at all. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed it to be unfit for purpose. The design is extremely cheap (which, at the price, you'd expect. However, it doesn't even seem worth the price it's advertised at!). Once turning the item on and having a quick browse I noticed not only was the touch pad a nuisance to use (something I'm usually fine with), but there was no word document or app to create notes (which is all I really wanted it for). It also didn't connect to the internet after multiple attempts.I immediately repackaged the item and contacted the company. They were happy to have the item returned but insisted I send it back with tracked delivery (understandably). I was of course happy to oblige but I wasn't happy when they turned around an insisted I pay the pricey delivery charge for them! Disgusting customer service and awfully cheap design of item. Not happy wih this buy at all.

brought it for my daughter she loves to go om my laptop shes very good on word and playing games but wish i never brought this laptop it is really slow which i didnt expect fantastic but im talking extremely slow u cant put any games on it. it does come with one on that is a touch screen game even though the screen is not touch screen. brought it for my daughter for xmas im so disapointed im thinking of getting a tablet for a instead as it cant do what i brought it to do. :-(

Very light to carry and very good value for money. Great for someone who doesn't do a lot of work on a computer

Great machine perfect to carry around but not suitable for my needs

Size is good. Weight is good. Not easy to use at all instructions do not follow the inbuilt file names. Not easy to download . Not impressed really

DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!This is far and away the worst laptop you will ever buy. It runs on Android 5.1. to put this into perspective most of the absolute cheapest Android phones you can buy run on Android 9.I bought this for my children who were struggling to access online learning as it had a high star rating on Amazon however is is a complete scam. The company issues a voucher for 5 percent back for a 5 star review which ultimately cheats any future buyers.The laptops are made of cheap substandard materials and seem more like you than a net bookThe technology is obsolete and can't access modern websites properly. If you are trying to help children access remote learning get a laptop than runs Windows 10. They might have a chance then but have no chance using this rubbish.
