Wore my new shoes out once and a loose paving slab flipped gunk upon them.Worked in no time at all and they look brand new again and took hardly any effort.Only negative is the intructions in box are useless and the ones on the back of the box are semi useful (always the wire side of the brush to use?) But it's relatively easy to work out and did the job.

Use this on my leather and suede shoes and does the job perfectly. The cleaner is not too strong so there's no worry about damaging the shoe, and the protector is excellent at leaving a nice water repellent finish.The perfect product to revive your old shoes

Was slightly dubious as a review that stated the other reviews werent genuine, however, very impressedwith this product, I bought it as I ruined a brand new pair of suede shoes on a night out and was looking for a cheaper alternative togetting them dry cleaned.The conditioner and brush took off all of the dirt and was able to use it to scrub off all of the scuffs, the shoes look as good as new.Be careful with the brush though as the inside is wire and can damage the suede if you dont brush in the direction of the grain.

I bought the Suede shoe kit to revive some old shoes. Not the cheapest products on the market but the reviews were too good to say no. I have to say the products are very impressive and have done the job. I had to call Shoe Shine Service / Top Shine and the service was second to none. I’ve used it once but I got disappointed a bit with the performance. I applied as described it on my suede boats which were not that dirty, it didn’t remove some dirts and dark spots on it. Waterproof solution is not that waterproof, they still soak rain. I bought it by looking at the reviews and I did everything as described but I don’t know mayve it’s not suitable for the suede leather of my boats

Both bottle were not spraying properly and the both broke after 2 uses. I think it cleans alrightEDIT:After being personally contacted by the CEO of the company and issued a new product as a replacement for my malfunctioning spray bottle I must say that I am genuinely impressed with the level of commitment the company to its customers. They want their products to be the best and keep their customers happy at least this is what their actions showed me. Keep up the good work and I will be buying again

The product worked really well on my very light coloured shoes, there was no discolouration and they looked nearly new after several months of being used and abused. Had to do a bit of research to check I was using it correctly as the instructions weren't very clear. Would recommend.
