I bought these tablets after suffering multiple calf strains, I was a regular runner but a knee injury caused me to have a 6 month break, I needed to start again for health and wellbeing as I could feel a low level depression coming on as a result of lack of exercise Once I tried to start running again I found that I was unable to get more that 2 run's in before I would pull a calf muscle. I tried rest, giving it 4 weeks before trying to run again after a calf strain but found the calf went straight away. I did some online investigations and found people were advising that a magnesium supplement might help with Calf issues, so I investigated the different types of magnesium supplements and decided to try this one.I started taking 2 per day for a month, one with breakfast & one with lunch, after 4 weeks I tried running again and the results were amazing my calf's feel great the tightness that I had before I started taking the supplement has gone and I have now completed 7 runs with no calf strain, so if you have tight calf's or pulled muscles in that area then I would say give these ago as they worked for me.

At last a magnesium that doesn't cause diarrhoea. I have tried numerous versions of magnesium over the years, many of them touted as highly bio-available. Every time it has just gone straight through me. This product is completely different - my digestive tract tolerates it perfectly. I suffer from restless legs & arms & get really painful achey thighs due to fibromyalgia. I was taking a different brand but heard these were very good. The first month (I took 3 each night) they really helped with rl & fibro pain (but made no difference to sleep) When I was getting low I ordered another bottle but unfortunately the leg pain & restless arms & legs have come back but that is probably more me than the tablets as I get used to meds very quickly.Top tip, make sure you take these tablets with food. I didn't to start off with as didn't realise you had to so was taking them just before bed & after a week started to get a trapped wind type of pain.

I use Mg every day to help relax the heart muscles and for sleep. This really helps reduce anxiety. I know when I forget to take it.It also helps me get to sleep if I take it before bed.Game changer.

Took these till they ran out. Seemed to work after a week gone but never helped me sleep any better.

Love these, getting the best quality of sleep for the first time in years. I used to awaken 3-4 times in the night, not anymore, i sleep through.

the tablets appear to have some effect its only been a couple of weeks that I been taking them but I do feel an improvement
