33ft 66ft 100ft Waterproof Led Light Strips, 12v RGB Outdoor Strip Rope Lights, Color Changing with App Bluetooth Music Sync, Christmas Lights Decor (33ft)

The "so far" is because some reviewers have said they had lights that quit working. My goal was to put up permanent lighting for use during Christmas, but which is not too visible otherwise. This system achieves the disappearing part, as in the first photo. It seems so small that I was concerned about whether it would be bright enough at night. It's bright enough for my uses. I had already set up a switched receptacle for Christmas lights (on a timer, too), so it was pretty simple to plug in the strip. The power unit (black) and the white plug even fit into the exterior box!For preparation, I wiped the vinyl siding top molding with rubbing alcohol. The tape sticks extremely well; I hope it will stick as well after summer heat and winter cold, and keep on lighting. Only time will tell. The slightly low rating on the remote is because I have to get pretty close to the sensor for it to work, like about three or four feet. I bought two. The second one will be used in our family room, indoors, and maybe I'll use the sound feature, too.

I had been looking for quite some time to find a replacement for an existing light string. After having purchased and retured several sets, this one popped up as a likely candidate. Like the existing one, this one is water and weather proof. The last one lasted over 5 years with direct sun, hot temperatures and freezing cold along with rain and snow.This one uses 3M tape and sticks extremely well. The connection is made waterproof with tape and protective box clip.There are two rolls of lights. Each being 33 feet in length with two connections. One for each roll. They truly provide you will everything you would possibly need and more to mount and connect these.On the down side, my controller would only activate the lights if pointed straight at the receiver and not more than a couple feet away.However, they also have an app to operate these via your Android or I-phone. And it works great. Even 20 feet away through an exterior wall.Truly a great price and excellent value. Recommend this one for anyone needing an outdoor application.

Purchased the 100ft to use around pool. First of all, the 3M adhesive is superb. Everything went well, used two of the three connectors and met in the middle. Put the controller and PS in a clear weather electrical box being next to a pool. Waited 'til dark to test and they were amazing! The lights lit up the pool and when put to music, the kids went crazy. Well... that lasted one night. Next time to use at dark, a few days later, they did not come on. Tested the power supply that came with it and it was dead. I thought it was a little "light" to be 12V rated at 3A but it did work that one night. Can't really undo the lights to return as I stated about the 3M tape 'cause they are stuck. I am past the 30 day window to return but we shall see if customer support fixes the issue. I'll update if they do.

The product worked great for about 2 months and then half of the strip stopped working for absolutely no reason. The strip is on my covered porch, out of the weather, and hasn’t been touched so it wasn’t damaged. Just looked out one night and half the strand was lit up. Also put a strip on my pool deck and within 4 days the same thing happened. It was a lot of work to get the lights screwed in place so it is VERY disappointing to have to take them down this soon after installation. If there was a negative star rating, this product would get it. Sadly I ordered 3 boxes of them and now they say I can’t return them. Don’t waste your money or your time on these.Update:I figured out my issue. I had too many strips connected together and not enough power. I adjusted the number of strips on one power cord and it works beautifully so far.

The media could not be loaded. I didn't like that it had to be split into 2 in order for the entire 33 feet. So I had to work with the 2 lines of 16.5 to get my garage lighted up. Once I did, it looks awesome. You have to use the Happy Light app to get it going, but no complaints so far as of this review on 11/11/2024.

Overall extremely happy with these lights, their functionality, and the customer service I received when asking questions. Working great!I wanted to install outdoor LED lights that would give me the flexibility to have custom color combinations. However, based on my research the LED light strips for sale on Amazon don't have that functionality: you can create one custom color, but not two. Neither within one string OR two strings with two different colors. I learned thru the great customer support from Kimdelee that this isn't possible with one control module (and a set comes with only one control module). Good news is that the price was very low, and I just got another set so I had two control modules.I set up the two strips of lights with two controller units, and they worked great. But the best part was the app they have. It recognizes each strip separately and you can control each set and choose the colors for each differently within the app. Or choose them both to be the same. And the app lets you name each string top make things easier.Throughout I had great communication from Kimdelee customer service, and am, very happy with how these are working.
