Chaetomorpha (chaeto) 2oz

I’ve been in the saltwater aquarium hobby for almost 6 years now. Due to a hardware issue and being out of town for 2 weeks, my Chaeto was turned to slime at the bottom of my sump. I have tried several different types of macro algae as that was all that was available locally. I tried several other online options but all provided what they termed as “Chaeto”, but was definitely not what I expected.I received a large sample of actual Chaeto that I inspected very carefully as this was going into a 350 gallon well established system. I found the Chaeto very clean and in very healthy condition. I have placed it in my secondary system and will keep it under observation for the next month but expect it to perform well.I highly recommend this Chaeto to everyone who is looking for actual Chaeto in a good quantity. It came in 2 days and as stated it was clean.If I’m ever in need of more I would definitely not hesitate to order more from this seller!( Update Oct 22,2023)3 months later and it’s still going strong! It’s 6 times bigger than was when I got it. Time to harvest some before it takes over the 100 gallon sump! I highly recommend the seller and product!

First off, it came early. Like real early. Likely I was ready for it anyway. I was not expecting it until 30 Dec. It cam 20 December. It is huge. You are getting a lot for your money. Mine was as big as a baseball, and it was dense. Very dense. I pulled it apart, now it is bigger than a softball. You can see how big it is next to the powerhead. I couldn't be more thrilled. I did look it over for any stowaways. None to be seen. It looks clean and healthy.. Nice vibrant color.

Wow if you’re looking to buy chaeto, look no further than here. I was a little worried, as my order got delayed by UPS, but it arrived well packed and in excellent condition. The seller was also excellent in quickly responding to my concerns.The ball of chaeto was huge! It was large enough to fill a sandwich size ziplock bag to the point where you can barely close it.Furthermore upon inspecting the chaeto in a white plastic bucket with some tank water I didn’t see any signs of pests.I couldn’t be happier. A way better deal than the high priced chaeto from Algae Barn and affordable shipping. Definitely a great buy.
