My face has broken out in a way that makes me wonder what is in these. I stopped for a few days. Then took them again. Surely enough, blemishes sprouted within the hour.Did the same test again. Yup. So bcs I spent my money on it I was forcing myself to use them but it really isn't worth it.Sucks, I really wanted these to work. I don't like taking pills but truth be told, the ones my derm recommended actually show results when it comes to my Alopecia

Just not for me...

Packaging is really nice and the scrunchie is a nice touch. 2 gummies per day is what is recommended and so far I have been consistent for the last 4 days. Not looking for this to give any difference to the appearance of my hair but just a way to add the biotin and zinc in my intake regimen. I purchased this product on my quest to have healthy hair. The main active ingredients are Biotin and Zinc. The other 13 ingredients are for the making of the gummy and nothing to do with healthy hair. The taste is good but does have a metallic aftertaste. I am quite positive that after I finish this bottle I will not be repurchasing.
