So I’ve tried similar products with dismal results but with these I noticed that seems to be sleeping better. I really don’t feel a difference during the day but if it helps me sleep I’m going to keep wearing them. I just made sure the bracelet was flushed to my skin. Probably buy some more.

I got this copper bracelet for my sister because she has neuropathy, arthritis, back pains, she wakes up with pain in her body. She walks with a limp and I can hear her when she is walking through the house. I will know if it really works it will work for her. She had it on for about 2 days and she was amazed that she woke up with no pains in her body. She was so excited that she was not hurting. Not sure if it works or not. Haven't worn it long enough to tell. It is however a well-made pretty bracelet.

I didn’t feel a big difference in the pain level. I have what they call a trigger thumb, snd it tend to affect part of my hand. Theses bracelets may not have been the best choice to try to alleviate this pain, but they were a good price and they look ok. Just a little too shiny though.
