Accurate, easy to use. Delivery poor. It was delivered next door, despite the fact that we were in at the time.

Not a geometers dream!
This item fell apart after two uses. It has a design fault. There is no rivet or threaded screw holding it together. The spring clip (the circular metal band at the top) holds it together. However, when opened to it's fullest extent it falls apart. Regrettably it's very hard to reassemble. Not recommended.

Great compass
A very unusual product but is really good because it does not slip and lose the radius and you can get very precise lengths with this! definitely works well and turns some heads

Simple but good, solid quality.
I like it that it's simple with no bells and whistles like some others. It's sturdy, 100% made of metal but not heavy. It can operate in high precision even for professional use and it's ergonomic (i.e. the top tip is easy to twist around).

Leads really soft very difficult to be accurate
Leads are way too soft to be accurate why supply super soft leads with the compass why not give H leads. The leads break crumble, no way to sharpen them. Wouldn't recommend on this basis. Also the finish isn't great with marks in the metal.

Had better
Not had this sort of mechanism before and now I’ve tried it not impressed. Fiddly. Also metal looks and feels cheap.
