This brush runs threw my hair like silk. Wet or dry does a great job and doesn't cause static. Love the grip rubber handle as well comfortable in the hand

I have hair that is somewhere between wavy and curly, naturally. I work hard to avoid frizz many ways, including normally brushing through my hair only when I am showering and it has conditioner in it. I normally use brushes with bristles just like the longer ones on this brush. They work great for gentle detangling in the shower, but leave my hair frizzy if I ever brush it when it’s dry 😒I’ve been needing to detangle more often lately because of length plus I’ve been wanting to braid my hair back sometimes and I wanted a brush that could leave my hair looking smoother when dry brushed.I’m really happy I found this brush that is a combination of the longer gentle detangling bristles I usually use and these shorter black smoothing bristles. This makes for the perfect non frizzing mid day brush for wavy/curly haired girls with tangles to manage 💖

I would only use this if you have very thick hair, the bristles are a bit on the sharp side and can be irritating
